My visit to Bank of America to remove my wife from my account turned out into a hard task. My savings account was removed and so many changes took place that I didn’t know if I ever was going to have a normal account. Everybody was busy and but Stefania went by and I stopped her to see if she could help me to reinstall my Bill pay. She didn’t only did that she spent the time to get me going and get back with everything on my tablet. Estefania is the type of person I needed. She is proactive inclined to help the people working with her and customers like me who are not computer Save.

2 times now my card has been denied at the register while grocery shopping.
"Sorry payment failed"
There is plenty of money in my account , but if I didn't have my phone on me to verify myself I cannot even buy food with BOA card.
2 times I have been embarrassed at the register while buying food at my local grocery store , the grocery store I always use every week.
So after the second time it happened I opened an account at Chase Bank.
Today when my Bank of America card denied my payment ( for no good reason at all) instead of being embarrassed, I pulled out my chase card and went on my way.
I intend on closing my BOA account , and left this review to maybe save someone from being publicly embarrassed, bc their Bank card blocks their payment while trying to buy food at a local grocery store.

She is terrible Estefania gomez I come in all the time for 5 years and deposit ripped checks sometimes and she wouldn't let me she said I don't own the business. So I went to Apollo Beach bank and they got it done with no issues.

The branch manager supposedly Alex was very rude and disrespectful about waiting to see someone to close account due to being a Saturday he was in a bad mood. If you don't want to work in a business like a bank plenty other jobs out there for you!! Stop being a rude guy just because you can you hold no power over anyone and are just looking for a power trip. Pretty sure your not the branch manager but that's what you told me.

Service is fine, although it can get quite busy.I'm very upset that there is NO drive through, and for some of us in this elderly community, it's hard to go inside, especially when the building sits high (many stairs). Whoever made that executive decision was NOT thinking of their customers.

Usually BOA has good service no matter where I go. I am out of state and came here to make a quick deposit. Over 15 people in line, one person working the counter. There were plenty of other staff around but no one could work the counter. No one greeted anyone as they came in. I guess I would recommend a different branch or the Wells Fargo next door lol.I will never come back to this location.

It was my first time at this location & the service was great! I usually deposit lots of singles & some tellers get annoyed but Alicia & Bethany helped me with no problem & lots of patience! I’ll be back to this location great service.

Went to bank for assistance regarding safety deposit box, waited early for branch to open, went in and was told I could not be helped due to lack of personnel to assist customers-Really, WOW, that's what you call customer service. When you try to call, no one answers phone, tried for days

15 people in line… 1 teller… Every time I’m in here it’s the same thing… It’s infuriating the lack of care or any semblance of customer service… Nobody cares or lifts a finger to help.. Of my company did t bank here I’d never step food in a BOS again… Took my personal account elsewhere years ago for poor customer service… This place is a joke only it’s not funny
