I had the worst experience with this company. I have a 3lb. maltipoo puppy. I dropped her of in the morning (9am), and explained to the girl that I wanted her hair around the face cut so that she could see. I also explained that the hair on her body needed to be cut as it was to long. She mentioned that they would not be using clippers, which I didn't want used anyways. At 12 noon I called as I hadn't received a phone call. They told me that they were not able to do anything yet. They said that they would cut around her face, but that they couldn't do anything else as she's a puppy. It was upsetting that it took 3hrs, and a phone call from me to say that they could not provide the agreed upon service. I informed them that I was on my way, not to touch her, and that I would not be paying anything as they had not done anything. The way that I was treated when I arrived was unprofessional and appalling. I have two dogs, and will be hiring a mobile groomer.

I would highly recommend another pet groomer. These folks quoted one price then when I went to pick up my dog it was $10 more. I hope they enjoy the $65 because they are not getting another penny from me. That wouldn’t have been the deal breaker if they hadn’t done such a sloppy job. Hair is uneven around her body. They left her ears untouched and she looks odd. Looks like she has long ears. Not like a Yorkie. I was specific about what I wanted and got nothing of it. So … if you want to be overcharged and your wishes ignored this is your place.

This place is very bad. Always disorganized, rarely available to answer the phone, and when you walk in, it's usually a madhouse. There's one groomer in particular that always interrupts the front person and creates chaos. She needs to be fired. Whatever you do, don't waste your time bringing your dog here.

The groomer shaved off all of my puppies hair shes a goldendoodle and it was her first haircut. The dog did not have any knots. And she called 30 minutes prior to ask me to come. When I got there she said next time dont come until I call. I waited outside then the groomer comes out and lets my dog go and says next time know your notes. Im not a groomer but I specifically asked for my dog to not be cut down. She was unprofessional and shut the door close on me.

My dog looked like a weed eater went over him. He is a toy poodle and should look majestic. They offered 15.00 refund. He is going to Apollo beach to get fixed.

My fiance has a very high strung aggressive little dog. I was a little worried. But they were great with her. She came back so soft and smelling great. Thankyou.

their are 15 different types of haircuts for cats. one of them is a sanitary cut which consists of trimming excess hair around the anus and back of the legs. I specified Five times that I wanted a sanitary cut. The cat lady said 3-4 hours which I thought was excessive since my appt was for 10am. went home and they were done in an hour. picked the cat up and they charged me $80. I thought that was excessive. but these days everything is. Got home and my cat had been given a Lion cut. My last trip there. beware if you ask for a sanitary cut, the professionals don't know what that is!

Worst grooming my dog has ever received. Helen Keller could have done better. Paid for services not completed, such as nail groom. Will never return or recommend.

Booked the appointment 2 weeks out. They called me the day of the appointment to let us know that by accident they were double booked and if I could push back the appointment to 2 hours later. Unfortunately I already had plans and told them that I will stick to my original appointment and they said okay. I get there at the time of the appointment and they let me know it will be 3 hours. Well it took 5 hours so I guess they started at whatever time they wanted anyways so there was no point in making the appointment. Not the clients problem you over booked by accident and if you can’t meet the time agreed upon schedule then just canceled or offer a different day if the client tells you they have plans. Missed the plans and took 5 hours for my dog to get groomed. Needless to say first and last time we will be there.

Awful visit, after 4.5 hours my dog's hair was uneven, his face was not trimmed properly, his paw hair was left untouched. He smelled bad even though they said they washed him. I had to trim his hair at home, wash him, poor thing. Update: Their Mobile grooming is excellent, Laura does a phenomenal job and I hope they hired all excellent groomers for their in store grooming.
