I highly recommend Mae, Matt and the crew at Professional Marine for seawall, dock and lift work. They were on time, communicated throughout the project, showed up when they said they would (which is rare in the Keys!). Our dock and lift turned out fantastic.

Absolutely top notch professionalism across the board. From the time I walked into their office to the time they set the bunks to my boat the were true professionals. Mike and his crew worked hard to complete the installation in a timely manner and the girls behind the scenes in the off pushed all necessary paperwork, inspections and Civil Engineering requirements in a timely manner. My dock was installed sooner than quoted which made for an even better experience. Thanks again!

I have used this company on two occasions to service older davits and my experience has been positive both times. On one occasion I needed to repair three different davits and make them operable again, they provided a quote and completed the repairs timely. Most recently, I had to use them again for a davit motor replacement, and again the company was prompt and their techs completed the job timely, they also cleaned the area after working which is a good practice that many don't always do. We have been using Professional Marine since 2012 and have had nothing but amazing experiences with them! We have had 3 boat lifts put in and serviced by them and are about to have a davit put in. They are reasonably priced, professional and most importantly, reliable/dependable. They show up when they say they are going to show up! If there is anything that we need help with or a service request they are quick to come out. A++

Horrible service. No communication. Terrible workmanship. Paid them $4000 for new boat lift motors, plus readjusting lift after it was not done right the fist time. Have not been able to use the lift even 1 time. It simply will not work - and they are the only ones who touched it. Getting contradictory excuses. Can almost never reach a person other than through texting. Clearly they only care about new installations. Once they are paid,. forget them. I am In the process of finding another company who actually cares about customer service and who will know how to fix the problems that this company cannot or will not do.Stay away!

No service after the sale!Professional Marine installed a new Hi-Tide boat lift in 2019. Shortly after putting the boat on the lift for the first time 1 of the I beams sunk about 1 inch. It hasn't sunk any more so I was just going to have them adjust the platform when they came out to do the annual service that was promised and stated in my contract. Problem is they never came to do the annual service. I have been trying to contact them since last year and the only person I can talk to is the person that answers the phone. I keep being told the owner will call me back, but he never does.Service: Installation

No service after the sale!
