Lifetimes first proposal wanted to place my lift in the middle of my property. I requested that they move it over to the side as much as possible. They came back out and remeasured and made a mistake transposing the measurements from handwritten to the computer and placed my boat 5 feet over the property line over my neighbor's boat! (yes I singed the paperwork but assuming their numbers were correct) They did come out and relocated the lift but now the electrical box is 5' off and they patched worked the dock together. They offered two services as an apology for this but when I called for the yearly service the owner's wife (Katie) told me that because I change the original proposal, making it my fault for their mistake, that they will not be honoring their offer for service. On a side note, the guys in the field were great!

Hired Lifetime to install a boat lift 19 years ago. Went to sell the house and found they had never closed the permit. They refused to help stating the statue of limitations was over. Had to hire an engineer for $4,000 to close the permit.

I don't usually write reviews but I am so please with Lifetime. I had to share my experience. My 10k boat lift was installed give or take 6 months ago. Very professional and clean install, lift worked flawlessly. One day my lift would only go down on the remote and not up. The manual up/down switch still worked. I spoke with Evan and he immediately had their service tech Bill come out next day! He repaired it under warranty no questions asked same day. About two weeks later the lift remote stopped working again in both up and down now. I called again and talked to Evan he had Bill come out the next day and fixed my lift same day! The customer support, experience, and dedication of all the employees there is AMAZING! Big shout out to Nick, Evan, Bill, Katie, Angie and of course Doug. Thank you for your amazing customer support and your high quality work. If your thinking about a boat lift Lifetime is your answer. Hands down no questions asked.

This company is fantastic. Courteous, professional and there for you when you need them. Paul and his son are run a great business. Jessie in the office is a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend calling them if you need a boat lift or repair to and existing boat lift.
