I love Paul Kilpatrick but the way the office is run is terrible. Everyone is working from home, and it takes forever to get things taken care of. Plus right now they have several of the doctors out on vacation for the whole month. So if you want to see a doctor, be prepared to wait all day long.

I have had my things at this storage unit since June 2022. I just recently added another unit as well until our home remodeling is completed.
