Friday night May 19, 2023, 5:30 PM, and the store is almost empty. Wanted to buy a hair trimmer, but the case was locked. Only a manager could open it. Customer service seemed utterly unconcerned but I finally tracked down an employee who went out of her way to help me. She did everything she could to call, beg, plead for a manager to come...but nothing. This whole episode must have taken 20+ minutes, and finally I gave up and vowed to never set foot in there again. Bought what I needed in Target in less than 3 minutes. From reading other reviews, I don't know why they keep the bozos who make the big bucks"managing". What fools! If the store had been busy, I could have understood. But obviously there is no plan to sell any of the many things that are in locked cabinets when the manager is snoozing, playing video on his phone, or other wise goofing off.

Shit service. Placed an order for pick up. Was sub an item. Did not want item sub. Then when picked order. Item that sub was not even in the order picked up. I called to them the staff. I wanted refunded since I was not going to drive back wasting gas because of their fucking mistake. Next day got a message only being refunded 8 dollars less than billed. Walmart is literally stealing money from me.

I cannot understand why there is nobody in the bakery department to answer my phone. These happens several times. Operator even page them, still nobody picked it up. Bad business.

Too crazy busy, we have switched to the one on Citrus Blvd, it is always nuts at the Summerfield one, being just north of The Villages, and close to some other 55 plus communities.
