Highly impressed with the service and care taken when I came to Mavis Tires and Brakes Summerfield. I called and got a quote when they opened at 8 am from John for four BF Goodrich Trail Terrain tires and he had them shipped installed and ready to go by 5:00 same day! He was super helpful and my husband and I will continue to come here for future services. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

The shop was extremely helpful. I needed a flat repair on my truck. I was in quick . The staff there was great to work with. Would having recommend the shop. I will be the first place I consider for set of tires.

Great customer service and awesome people just make sure to check your tire pressure after service blew a tire after having mounted in less then 24 hours

My tire light came on while visiting the area. Saw Mavis sign, pulled in. I explained that I couldn't find working air machines, they checked all my tires, found a nail in one, patched it up, they were so nice, kind, professional, fast. This was a dream experience all around and I would highly recommend this business to everyone!! Thank you for helping me get back on the road safely!

I brought my car here with a flat tire. Instead of replacing one tire, I decided to replace all 4 tires and had an alignment done. As I'm leaving, the technician tells me that the TPMS sensors will reset while I am driving. I've put a few sets of tires on this car and other cars and never had an issue with the sensors. I go to work only to have a flat tire when I come out. Also, I now have 3 out of 4 sensors telling me to visit the dealership I bring the car back here and they tell me that one of the sensors was leaking. They said they fixed that, and now are trying to sell me 3 new sensors for $85 each. And won't own up to them doing something to my car. I had no sensor issues when I brought my car there. Ironically while I was waiting for my car the first day, they were troubleshooting someone else's TPMS system. And couldn't fix it. They probably did something to my car and wont own up to it. And they tell me cars towed in have wiring issues after being towed. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

They say you’re a priority if you make an appointment, made an appointment and 2 walk- ins who came in after me got in the shop before me! Make that make sense! Expect to wait 2+ hours even if you do make an appointment. Dont expect even if you make an appointment you won’t be a priority.
I miss tuffys never had an issue back then

The team at Mavis was awesome ? hit a curb slashed my tire, and the spare was off its bead and would not hold air..thankfully I was close to Mavis, they helped me immediately, and professionally,. Fixed the issue like PROS ?. From this Marine to the team at Mavis, thank you ? it was a pleasure and refreshing to have people who love helping people, and doing there jobs with a smile on their faces. Will definitely use this Mavis again. Keep up the great work, and keep staying humble. You all are awesome.
