After failing miserably with AAA and the fact that they couldn't meet their expectations, We had to call another outside concern. We called Muggsuggs Towing and they came to our rescue after being stranded on the interstate(I-75 exit 341) for over 3hrs. We had a very pleasant experience with Muggsuggs...

The service was exceptional all around. Malia was pleasant to speak to and very accommodating. Philip, the tow truck driver, was excellent. He was punctual and very professional. He insured that my car was safely loaded, drove safely to the location and even went above and beyond when unloading off the my car helping me park it. He deserves a raise. Over all a great price for the service. I highly recommend them.

Willie was a huge help and came through really when we needed it. Due to the incompetence of Mercedes road side, we were sitting for 4 hours. We caled Muggsuggs and they were in 10 minutes. Muggsuggs really did us a solid as our Sprinter Van needed to be hauled to Orlando Mercedes for repairs. Willie was very knowledgeable and gave us a full quote before we even hooked up the vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone.

this is to inform the world of Muggs Towing.My Dad has just passed and i am here from Ga.taking care of his house and pets.My truck had developed a dangerously low tire.I called roadside assistance through my State Farm insurance.What a nightmare! It took me getting my Ga.rep.to initiate a 3 way call to speak with a human to resolve my issue.They would send a towtruck(up to 75 minute wait).Not a big issue for me,just needed it done.When asked if I would be able to ride in the tow truck,being as there is noone I know here,It was told to me,that I would need to contact the towing company to find out if it was permitted.If not,that I could get a lyft.As far as" assistance"goes at State Farm,it was up to Me to contact others and get answers.So unprofessional,not a good neighbor.At this point I am crying and told them to just forget it.More emotional turmoil was not needed.Trying to compose myself,,contacted Mavis.Spoke with Tyger,who in turn,referred me to Muggs Towing.The absolute kindest gentleman named Willie answered.Still in tearful distress,explained the circumstances of the day.,Willie reassured me that it would be taken care of and he would send someone out in apx.30 minutes.In the meantime,a towtruck from State Farm showed up and had not received the cancel order.Informed him of Muggs Towing coming to rescue me.The driver of that company actually knew Willie and spoke highly of him.Lo and behold,as soon as he departed,I saw the light at the end of the tunnel.Or shall I say my lifesaver at the entry of the driveway.The Muggs towing driver,Mo,is just such a positive,uplifting,person.Not only was he friendly and respectful,answered all questions,very knowledgable,even instructed me on how to use the tire compressor.When all was said and done,Mo extended his hand for a shake.I asked if i could give him a hug instead.I have God to thank for this series of events today.Without Him,I would not have been blessed with the kindness and caring of Muggs towing.I am now at Mavis,having my truck repaired,and wouldn't be here if not for Willie,Mo,and Muggs towing!?
