Free equipment, Villages has an equipment loaner place on the square. New item never use!!!! Still in the packaging. Refuse to take the Over priced item 100.00 that all others had it for under 60.00. Then no one at the register for 20 minutes on top of it.

Peter saved the day with having a prescription I couldn't find anywhere else. Also, he stayed open 20 minutes late so I could pick it up before they closed for the holidays! I'm from Wisconsin and have never been treated with so much respect from a pharmacist. He truly cared about my sickness and my three children with ear infections. Thank you, Peter!

RUN FAR AWAY from PETER at Villages Pharmacy. This week I witnessed the pharmacist, Peter, treat an elderly customer with utter disrespect. They seemed to have known each other as she greeted him by name when she walked in. She went up to the counter and handed him an envelop and asked if he could help her get it into the mail annex because there was medical equipment blocking the collector. He asked her if she got her flu shot yet and she mentioned she already got it at Publix. Peter's demeanor completely changed, and he told her she should have come here to get it. She politely stated that she had always gone to Publix for her flu shot and didn't know. I couldn't believe it when he raised his voice and yelled saying he didn't go to pharmacy school to sell stamps and he only has a postal annex as a courtesy to *his* customers. She looked visibly upset and genuinely confused and I couldn't help but to stare with my mouth wide open in disbelief. She said she *was* one of his patients and had gotten her prescriptions filled there for 2 years. She stood quietly for a second and asked again if he would help her put her mail in the collection bin, he again raised his voice, said "no," and shoved her mail back at her. Never have I ever seen a medical provider nor any other business owner treat anybody this poorly, and over what? The "loyalty" of a flu shot, are you serious? This poor lady should never have been spoken to this way, and I will never do business at 'Villages Pharmacy' again. Shame on you, Peter.

Run! Assaulted by the pharmacist. Police had to be called. Asked the pharmacist how much longer the wait was after 13 minutes of no one being at the front counter. He became irate and shoved my box into my stomach! He expressed how much he hates serving people "of a certain color"! Thank GOD I caught it all in video. Stay away if you are a minority!

This pharmacy is a rip off. My mother just had a pacemaker implanted and the physician wrote her a script for compression socks. She took the prescription to this pharmacy and they sold her just one sock which was not on the prescription. She went back to the store and got her second sock. A young lady helped my mother and she sold her the wrong size, color and style. When my mother went back for the third time, the person working refused to exchange or take back the socks. He was extremely rude to my 88 year old mother and had her in tears. I spoke to him on the phone and he was rude to me as well. My mother could not be helped and I want to make everyone aware of the extremely poor service of this pharmacy. If you need any drug or medical needs, there is a CVS pharmacy in the same parking lot.

The pharmacist was deceptive and rude to my disabled daughter. We have prescription insurance, but he indicated that since his was a relatively new pharmacy, that it would take one to two months for him to be registered with our insurance company. He said that at that time she would be reimbursed the $450 she paid out-of-pocket for the medication. Our price is regularly $5.00. Now he is saying that he doesn't cover this medication. I called the insurance company and they called him and it turns out that he is not happy with the amount the insurance company will reimburse him.THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN INDICATED AT THE FIRST VISIT, NOT AFTER $450 HAD BEEN SPENT.

Was able to order what I needed and have it ready within 24 hours! Always friendly, knows you by name & never a long wait! If you're tired of "7-10 day" ordering times, rude pharmacists and constantly having to remind your own pharmacist who you are...then PLEASE TRY HERE! I love them and even switched my kids insurance so they could go here as well!

Always friendly always helpful and always seem to know what I need and always have it. And when your running late they have no problem with giving you a few minutes longer to get there. And you never have long to wait. Great family pharmacy I recommend to everyone.
