Not only have I been here and waited for almost two hours (after seeing the medical assistant) to see the doctor, but now I've been sent a bill that is grossly inaccurate with charges for a service that I declined. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else.

I just saw Francisca the NP and she was so amazing. She listened and cared and diagnosed my issue quickly and gave me the right medication where others have not been able to figure out my issue. I got right in and out. The office was warm and welcoming. I’ve never had such a good urgent care experience in my life.

The receptionist was nice, but I Waited 1.5 hours in a room for a doctor who never showed up because he was sick. Why did it take 1.5 hours to figure that out? Terrible will never return.

I was bleeding pretty bad when I arrived at this Urgent care center. I told the receptionist that I needed stiches (obviously). I was waited on immediately and Ashley the NP sowed me up quickly and effectively. I was given complete instructions on how to care for the wound. She wanted to see me in a few days to check on my progress, which she did. The office was clean and there were several Christian icons displayed throughout the place, which I liked.Several days later my primary care doctor removed the stiches and mentioned what a nice job she did. There is no scarring. Wound is completely healed. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to 441 Urgent Care Center in Summerfield.

Very nice staff I knew I had strep throat and the doctor gave me a shot in the hip and some antibiotics and I was on my way. I had to go here because my doctor wouldn't see me with a sore throat, this was 2 years ago.

I'm honestly surprised by some of the previous, negative reviews. Our experience was nothing but positive. We were visiting from out of town and our kid ended up getting sick on the trip. There was no wait before being directed to a room. Everyone, from the front desk to the triage to the NP, treated us with the utmost care. The NP, Ashley, was thorough and kind. She sent the Rx electronically to the CVS next door so that it was ready when we arrived at the pharmacy. I'll definitely return if we need care while in the area again.

I love this place the staff and doctors are so helpful ,knowledgeable and kind.this location is very fast as well I think between the two times I’ve had been here I was in and out within a hour to a hour and a half with great care as well just wanted to say thank you and if you need a urgent care I definitely recommend here Thank you for all your hard work. This young lady definitely appreciates the staff and the doctors. You guys are awesome.

Been waiting in the examining room for two hours and no one has let me know why the delay. Absolutely ridiculous way to run an urgent care.

Also known as Santos Urgent Care -- Buyer beware! Overall, this urgent care clinic in Summerfield leaves a lot to be desired. No gloves or masks worn by the health care professionals, place is quite outdated/dirty, and there was no call back with test results.... Wound up taking my mom to Brownwood free-standing ER which was a massive improvement in care - extremely clean with state of the art tech and equipment, knowledgeable staff, and immediate results shared.

VERY unsanitary and unprofessional. the wait wasn’t too bad. the lady that helped me didn’t close the door while i was being seen, and the nurse practitioner came in, rummaged through cabinets and left more trash on the counter (the room was definitely not cleaned before i went into it) and left the room without saying anything. THEN, another patient WALKS INTO MY ROOM WHILE IM BEING SEEN, and asks the lady helping me, if she can get her IV taken out of her arm. the lady PROCEEDS TO TAKE HER IV OUT in my room, right in front of me. at the end, the nurse practitioner explained that she would CALL ME with my test results, and 3 days later i haven’t gotten results, so i called them. and the lady on the phone told me i need to come in AND PAY FOR ANOTHER ENTIRE VISIT!!!! to get my test results. i understand the confidentiality thing, but i wish they would have like an online portal for me to view my results, and not have to come in and pay for another visit just for them to tell me what i have. worst place i have ever gone to for medical reasons.

Brought my son in because he was running a fever. I knew it was his ears. I couldn't get him in to his pediatrician that day so I went here. The dr looked and said they were red and healing? He ran an extremely high fever that following night. I got him in to see his pediatrician the next day and he had a double ear infection with fluid and the flu. Absolutely do not recommend this place. He never even listened to his lungs or anything.
