Joe Brewster is awesome and a rarity in this industry! I own a bicycle shop in Denver and needed Husqvarna E-Bike parts that no one in Denver would/could help me with. Joe had everything to me within a week.

Called then and asked if they had a tube for my cycle. They said they had it in stocks. Drove 1 and 1/4 hrs. To get there. And they didn't have it. Very poor business on there part. Needless to say I won't be shopping there again.

The only place in S Florida worth mentioning for KTM service and support. They also happen to be very friendly and have a beautiful showroom of new bikes and accessories. I drive an hour each way to patronize WMR because they are worth the time and effort.

Awesome place great service great deal on tires and they said that they were busy and be a week to work on changing tires but they said wait a minute talked to the staff and they did my tires in a hour same day and cheaper than other places by a hundred bucks

Do not shop here.The parts department is a corporate gimmick with nothing but corporate runaround: the exact opposite of customer service. Better quality aftermarket parts are available elsewhere. If you spend just a little time and effort looking around you may save yourself some money and a lot of headache. Dont get ripped off. You'd probably fair better with sketchy used parts from sketchier sellers on an internet flea marketplace than this shop.

Don't waste your time or money, here. You can find better quality parts from more reputable distributers. This place is nothing but runarounds. Its great for feeble minded bumpkins to throw money down the drain, though. Better service can be found almost anywhere else.

My ktm had to be rebuilt twice within a month. First rebuild lasted me 4 miles less than 30 mins of running they blamed my riding style so I got it rebuilt again. After I received the bike back for the second time, the bike was not completely put back together. I noticed my carburetor was not put all the way into the boot and they did not tighten the hose clamp either, after my first start up the bike would not turn over again until I fixed it myself. I have spent thousands of dollars at this shop and was quite disappointed. Great people just not good technicians.

My first impression was great. Excellent customer service. I'veonly been here once and left my bike for service. These folks are true representative of the KTM Adventure. Of course, that's what I own. Amazing shop too
