It feels so good walking in there to see everyone so happy to see me. I almost feel like I should just stop in to say hi to everyone because that’s how welcomed and appreciated I feel when I talk to everyone. I love how this bank blocks companies that sometimes try to put a hold (fees) of $75-$100 on your card when you use it at the gas pump. “Very friendly staff easy to talk to. Also when I was asking questions about home loans last year they were able to tell me everything I needed to know. I will definitely consider chase for a loan before trying anyone else. Working on stabilizing my income, growing a fat savings, and growing my credit score! The only thing I’d say is a bummer is sometimes the wait can take a little while whenever I need to talk to someone. But honestly it’s such a small thing that I still think chase is the best overall compared to other experiences I’ve had.That’s the only thing! Other than that it is A1 service. The online phone app is stupid simple so that people like myself find it easy to use and understand. Go to chase ask for advice on financial, credit score, or home loans. They will help you. Ultimately if you can vibe with the staff it’s a good bank.”

Also this girl.There is usually a line when I go in, but their associate support is wonderful and it makes sense that they take the time they need for each customer.I'm glad that this branch is convenient and their customer service takes the sting out of weaning off digital-only banking.Traffic and getting into/out of the parking lot can be a little bananas, but parking is plentiful and branch is on first floor.”
