Watch the lady behind the counter call my husband “sweetie” and “honey” while he was pawning his items. I found it uncomfortable. Since I’m from the south and use the terms, I understand her not being polite but conducting herself unprofessionally to us as customers. Very unprofessional! The jam we were in didn’t need the employee making things uncomfortable.
