I had a terrible experience. I was walking through the door this girl Brianna that was on the drink station was talking disrespectfully while I was ordering my coffee. She kept saying “it’s funny how this girl walked in here and she kept running her mouth”. She ended up making my coffee and I ended up throwing it out because I thought she did something to it. I’m very disappointed with my service I got and I refuse to come to this store because of her. I don’t think she should work there because I had horrible experience and I used to work with her at walmart she’s nothing about drama. So I would appreciate if you fire her with how she was speaking when I came in. That is not customer service material.

I just started going to Wawa for food & the first few times it was fine, but today around 2 o’clock, it was busy, and I ordered a beef steak bowl with rice and beans, avocado, which cost extra and extra salsa which cost extra too. I took it home & it had no beef or avocado or extra salsa. CHECK YOUR ORDER WHEN YOU GET IT !!!
Wish they had stars for ACCURACY OF ORDER!

Good and drinks are amazing service is also spectacular because every time you get a drink you will probably get a have a nice day!
I do recommend that they do need to clean just a bit more on tables near icees or where you order things.Lastly the atmosphere is amazing and it’s nice and welcoming. Extra points for being open for 24 hours.

I'm in absolute awe with how rude the manager mason is. He refused to allow us to purchase our already ordered food with the photograph and pin of my card with my id when they did it for us just yesterday. He was rude and inconsiderate and very unprofessional. Disappointed beyond belief in this service and will be contacting the general manager tomorrow very unsatisfied customer here

Not sure why people love this place so much. Service sucks. 6 employees standing around in a circle, how many does it take to pack the food up? Then you ask about your order that you've been standing there waiting for over 10 minutes, and they like to get an attitude. The food is even worse. I mean honestly people, no matter what you try to tell yourselves, it's gas station food.

I ordered a hot honey wrap from here and it was drenched in sauce! The wrap wasn’t cut correctly and the chicken was soggy. So disappointing.

I’m not sure why I keep going and buying a smoothie from this place, just to get ENTIRE pieces of fruit inside preventing me from drinking the beverage. The first time it happened, I just asked for a new one, but this time I’m leaving a photo and a review. It’s called a smoothie, not a chunky. Get some enthusiasm or fix your blenders.
