The absolute worst customer service experience I've even seen. After waiting 3 months to have a key fob fixed, which was only every taken apart by Wallace Volvo, they tell me the plastic clip inside is broken and I'll have to pay $650 to replace it. Then I'm told it's my fault. I lost my temper and used profanity, I admit it. So then I'm told they have good news, the key fob will be replaced. A day later I'm told because of my attitude the key fob won't be replaced. I will never again purchase a Volvo or visit this dealership. Previous visits were similar, terrible customer service (the service agent goes missing for long periods of time, nobody answers the phone). Do yourself a big favor, if you have to go to Volvo make the drive to Melbourne. Wallace is a garbage dealership.

Would never recommend this dealership. Two years in a row I have tried to get my car serviced there only to be told they can't get my car in for 3-4 months. They have the same excuse each year that they don't have enough technicians and are hiring & training more. To wait that long for an oil change is ridiculous. I would definitely think twice about buying a Volvo again as you can't get it serviced in this area. Back down to Delray Beach to get my car serviced.

Hello prospective buyers. I live in Atlanta Georgia and survived very serious car accident on November 8 2023. My Genesis was totaled but did its job to protect my wife and I. I decided to purchase another Hyundai product, this time a 2016 Equus. I searched on AutoTrader and found a clean vehicle. I spoke to Brandon Lee my salesman. He was very nice and sent me a video of the car via text attachment. He informed me that the Equus had a full 171 multi point safety inspection. Based upon the visual video and his statement about inspection, I went ahead and made a contract to purchase the car. Financing went ahead and FedEx the paperwork to me. I wired the monies. I received the car in a few days via truck transport. The next day, I drove the car to a Goodyear corporate store for inspection. A loud ROAR appeared immediately upon driving as well as massive brake pulsating from the front brakes. I was not a happy customer. Goodyear informed me NOT to drive the car unti the rear WHEEL BEARING and FRONT ROTORS AND PADS were replaced. They were completely worn and rotors glazed. This is a vehicle that I was in that was supposedly passed a safety inspection. The bearing and labor was $1058. The brake repair was $869. Two grand. I contacted the dealership, Amir the manager was only willing to offer $500 toward the bearing and accept the car “ as is “ or return. What a “ Nice “ guy. I accepted the $500 offer and pay for the remaining repairs out of pocket. Keep in mind this was a $20000 purchase. Four weeks have passed and a multiple attempts to find out when my check was going to be sent. Crickets . Please see the last text I sent three days ago. This is why car dealers have such a bad reputation. Lying and falsehoods. I would look at other dealers and do not support this franchise of the multiple brands that Wallace automotive has to offer .Good morning. Neal Schwartz 2016 black Equus. I still have yet to receive my check for $500.00 to help me recover for a wheel bearing repair . We have been going round and round on this issue. This repair was considered a safety issue as well as worn out front rotors and brakes. I was informed by Brandon Lee that my car passed a multi point and safety inspection. There was no paperwork showing this was performed. In addition, my drivers outside mirror is also non functional. Please see what you texted me .I spoke to the GM . He stated if you don’t want the car, we can undo the deal, for our $500.00 good faith payment to you on an agreed upon “ as is “ car is the best we will do.I really cannot comprehend the dealer to refuse sending a check after a month . Please explain to me .Thank you for checking in with Amir and let me know once and for all.Neal and Debra SchwartzAtlanta Georgia

3rd lease through Wallace Volvo. Always a fast and seamless experience. Alan went above and beyond. Very helpful and knew what he was selling. Happy to be a customer.

Bought a used Volvo here. it went well. Booked my first service appointment here. Not so well. After waiting three weeks for the appointment.....Two problems, one of which was solved. The other? Not so well. There is a feature that allows for the engine to shut down when you stop and then starts when you are ready to go. It was not working. They changed the auxiliary battery but then evidently didn't check it as the feature still didn't work Lazy mechanic? When I called to get the rework done I was originally told March, 4 months from today. After I complained they then offered an "emergency " appointment for tomorrow. Sloppy work, a four month wait to book regular work? I think I might have to find a new Volvo dealer, alter of course checking out how far their service appointments are booked out!

Just leased a new Volvo from Wallace, even though I live over an hour away and there are multiple Volvo dealers closer to me. I dealt with Alan and Chris, who were both very professional and treated me with respect during the negotiations. Many other dealers began their negotiations with extremely high offers that were, frankly, insulting; but Chris began with a reasonable number and we eventually came to terms. Even though it is a bit of a drive, I intend to work with Wallace before any other dealers going forward. The process was smooth and the car is fantastic! As a final note, I would add that no one asked for this review (common amongst car salesmen). I left this review because I was truly impressed by them.

Recently moved to the area and called Wallace for a service appointment on my Volvo. I was told it would be a 3 month wait for a service appointment. They must have one service mechanic at this dealership. Rather than wait, I drove an hour to Gunther Delray instead which had an immediate service appointment.

Do not buy a Volvo if you can help it from this dealer, or any other, for that matter!! They are coercive and the service is awful. I called Wallace Volvo in mid-October regarding broken air conditioning (in South Florida) and was told they couldn't service my car until JANUARY. (My lease is up Dec, 31st, so quite convenient for them) I tried to trade it in, and that was when I learned that Volvo Finance does not allow you to trade your car in with any other dealer or even to return it to one of their own dealers. With other brands, you can sell your car and then buy out the end of your lease, or trade it in to another dealer for a new car (if, for instance, you wouldn't have air conditioning for 2.5 months). If that wasn't enough, Volvo started sending me notifications to have my end-of-lease inspection within the last 90 days of my lease, so I called Wallace Volvo and first spoke to Service and then to Sales to make the inspection appointment (which I was very clear about). The said to come in on Saturday at 11 am. When I got there after a 1 hour drive they said, we don't provide that service but we would love to sell you a new Volvo. Talk about coercion. So disgusted. I am paying full price for a non-working vehicle. The funny thing is, I almost bought this car. The only silver lining is that I now know their true colors. If service treats an end-of-lease potential repeat customer like this, imagine how little regard you would get if you already owned the car? Hope this helps someone else!

Disappointing maintenance service department. Attempted to schedule an oil change in September and they were booked full until December! That is an unreasonable time frame.

Wallace Volvo is an awesome place. Alan was wonderful. He knew all about the vehicle and and he never attempted to hard sell or play games. Everything went smoothly and the exact terms he promised were the exact terms of the deal. I felt valued and respected every step of the way by every person I encountered at Wallace.

I did not purchase from this dealer. Low inventory. Plus the sales manager and finance manager both give you the over price vibes. Both of them showing off Rolex watches.

Thank you for the help yesterday, getting me set up with my Volvo XC90. I've always dreaded the entire sales process and despised the stereotypical greasy car salesmen but I really enjoyed this trip. The sales and closing process was seamless, the customer service was great and I love my new car. I can't wait to buy my next car from Wallace, I would say we're hooked on Volvo already. Chris(manager), Michael(great sales professional) and Gary(Financing and Insurance) are the best! If you're looking to buy a new Volvo, make sure to ask for Michael as soon as you walk in the door he's one of the most knowledgeable and professional car sales associates I've worked with. See you again soon!- TJ

Had a great experience here. Lee, and Louis, went out of their way to help us buy a nice car. It was a pleasure to buy from them, and that's saying a lot for car shopping. I highly recommend them. Thanks for your hard work.

Two reason I can't recommend this dealership. The wait to schedule service is VERY long (2 months for new tires) and in the waiting room they won't turn the tv off from politics and it's disturbing. They say they have lost the remote. It shouldn't be once you sell the car that's it, the service fades to nothing. The feeling of purchasing a car and having great service afterward should be the norm and not the exception. Especially with a high end car. Just my thoughts.
