I was greeted right away. The team was not pushy. I was there to see a car I noticed online as I was pre-shopping for a vehicle. Everyone seemed to work together and were happy to help me find the perfect car. The team was hospitable. Sharon, who took me on the test drive, was knowledgeable about the brand and offered suggestions. The showroom was clean and great music filled the air. Alande, part of the sales team, was very efficient from what I could tell and together with the Lead Manager, Lance, spoke plainly, no "double speak" and very straightforward which I appreciated. They were all very genuine - even Steve the finance guy!

I came in to this dealership a few days ago because I was having issues with lights popping up on my dashboard as well as trouble with my car starting in the mornings. I made an appointment for the next day online because that’s all that was available but decided to come in to see if by chance they had anything sooner due to the nature of my problems. I come in and was just stared at by people and stood for almost 10 minutes before someone even greeted me. I saw it was a little busy so I stood there patiently, after another 10 minutes a gentleman said “It’s really busy but we’ll get to you.” I then just explained that I had a question that could possibly be resolved quickly, after explaining what was going on he says something about the battery being bad can cause issues with the sensors and etc. He then says “Anyone can test the battery,” which sealed my deal on even receiving any type of service here. I thanked him for his advice and the information he provided, got in my car and canceled my appointment. I hope to find someone soon because I know nothing about Volkswagen Tiguan and I am open to suggestions.

Wallace VW is a reputable and honest establishment. Despite my wariness of dealerships, I found this place to be different. Due to some credit issues in recent years, I doubted my ability to finance a newer vehicle. Margaret was my initial contact after completing an online survey. While hesitant to even make an appointment, her encouragement and sincerity led me to give them a try.
I am grateful I did! The customer service at Wallace VW exceeded my expectations. Hunter assisted me in selecting a vehicle within my budget, and Arthur Alexander managed the process from there. He, along with the sales manager Lance, went the extra mile to ensure everything was in place and that I was well looked after. Lisa was also incredibly cordial and helpful in directing me to the right person when I had questions!
The entire staff collaborated seamlessly to facilitate the deal. Unlike most dealerships, this place did not feel cutthroat or competitive, making it one of my better experiences in buying a used car. It was no surprise to learn that this is a family-owned dealership. You can feel the difference!
I had always believed that Lexus offered the gold standard in customer service; however, Wallace Volkswagen in Stuart, Florida surpassed them. If you are in the market for a new or used car, I highly recommend visiting them. You will not be disappointed. (Side note: Wallace owns several dealerships along Hwy 1, providing you with a wide selection of makes and models to choose from.)

We just purchased our 2nd VW Tiguan from Wallace and worked with our trusted salesman Arthur. He diligently worked to get us out of our current lease early with no negative equity by paying off my car and giving us a great deal on our new 2024 Tiguan SEL R Line. He made sure we walked out with the car we loved at terms we were comfortable with where another local dealer wouldn’t even entertain working with us. Arthur has been with Wallace VW for years and truly cares about doing what is best for his customer which is rare these days! Thank you Arthur!

Buying my new GTI was an easy and comfortable experience. No hidden extras or persuasion and very knowledgeable about the car.
Mitch was extremely helpful, knew the details of the car and was able to explain the new features of the vehicle. He has been happy to help me several time since the purchase explaining how to set up or access features.

Probably the worst experience ever with a car company. This heartless dealership strives on not caring a single bit. They promised me rates & blamed me for the miscommunication of their team. The management took advantage of me after I been in the hospital and runs my credit 4 times!!! I asked them not to run after the first time and the continued to do when I was in a medical emergency. When I go to the manager about this she blames me and doesn’t apologize or anything! Pull my name! Listen to the call if you think I’m a liar! All of the treasure coast .. stay away!!!!

Bought our first VW (2024 Atlas) and worked with Arthur and Sharon who were both wonderful! I needed a safe vehicle for my family before heading out on a long trip. They dealt with our trade-in and all the paperwork and helped feed and entertain my four kids in the process. We love our new VW and really appreciated the caring sales team that helped us out!

I know this has been said before, but when’s it gonna stop? My daughter had her VW in for service last Thursday ( small fixes, oil change etc) nothing crazy at Wallace . She picks it up, and gets home to find her tire pressure light was on. She calls them and turns around to go back. They fix it.
Yesterday, she was on her way home from Gardens, and 3 warning lights came on. One of which said there was to much oil in her engine. Mind you, she had NO issues when she brought it in for service. She also noticed a chip on her door handle, which was not there last Thursday. She called them yesterday and they told her to bring it in this morning. I mentioned to her that they are not open on Saturdays, but the guy said yes we are. She goes there this morning, and they are not opened on Saturdays.

When will this stop? When will these dealerships be held accountable? This poor girl worked hard to get this car. Thankfully she has an extended warranty, and hasn’t paid anything for all of this. BUT, you get my point. Just super frustrating. I unfortunately recently just had a bad experience there. I just had my truck in less than and a month ago and my shift to park didn’t get fixed and have more issues that didn’t get fixed or are worse.
The service department is what is important. Anyone can sell you a car. (That’s my opinion) I’ve learned a valuable lesson buying a new vehicle and not researching the back end of the location. I even went in looking into a new vehicle. If anyone know a good service department for Chevy please share. That’s where I would want to shop. ❤️

We leased a Tiguan SUV from Wallace Volkswagen dealership recently and had the most pleasant experience with Mitchel Adams as our sales representative. I hope his way of making us feel comfortable about getting a new car is the new philosophy that dealerships are employing. No pressure, and most importantly no running back and forth with the sales manager to ‘get the deal’.
BTW, the sales manager came in to meet and greet us. Also no pressure. Very nice experience!!
