They were there when we needed them. our car broke and the repair price was way to high, but they made it posible to take the old one in and gave us a brand new car with affordable payments. Marcial Tirado (AKA Denzel Washington) was super nice an patient... He's the man you want to talk to.

My husband and I just bought a Nissan Rogue SL from Stuart Nissan and had a wonderful experience. Our salesman, Christian Conklin went above and beyond in explaining all the new technology the car had and worked with us very patiently to arrive at our purchase price. The manager was also very thoughtful and considerate in making this deal happen! I would use Christian again and Wallace Nissan!

The service performed on my vehicle met my expectations, however, the service advisor clearly stated, " I have forwarded to Nissan the 2 defects (cracked/chipped driver door trim and the abnormal wear of the steering wheel leather). He also stated he would follow up with me. A week later, no follow up call. I called today and left a detailed message for Paul with my phone number. No call back.
I am disappointed to say the least.
FYI, took it to another dealership and they replace all 3 parts. AT NO COST. what a difference a good dealership will do to retain a customer.

Update: Received call from service manager Michael who told me exactly the service items I was there for. So obviously the guy I dealt with two days before on the 29th lied and was trying to scam me into buying a more expensive $799 package, while playing dumb on what I really needed for my car. Glad I trusted my instincts and left that day. Hope it was worth losing my future business.
Original Review:
After getting my Rogue serviced for three years it’s sad to see this place turn to a clown show. I took my vehicle to get the oil change and tires rotated on Saturday, June 22nd. During that visit, the person I dealt with found two things that needed to be done in addition to usual items needing to be done at that mileage. Since I was in a hurry, I just did the oil change and tire rotation and set an appointment for the following Saturday, June 29th at 8:00AM for those services. At the time of the first appointment, their systems were down so the person wrote down what needed to be done as opposed to entering it into the system.
The next week the guy I dealt with was not there and instead this rude guy with a clean shaven head and face was there at the counter. He asked me what I was there for. I’m not a car guy so I can’t remember what those two items that needed to be addressed were. This guy is instead of knowing what I needed was trying to sell me on some $600-800 packages. I told him I was tired of playing a guessing game and being upsold and just wanted him to look up what the person last week wrote down. The guy instead cops an attitude and tells me “It’s well known that our systems are down.” Well, it may shock you but I don’t wonder what Stuart Nissan is up to on my free time or that this system would take so long to get back up and running. He then in a condescending manner says they took the notes from last week to another location to be scanned and email, but because their systems are down, he can’t access the scan. He says this like I’m dumb for not knowing this. I told him to call me when they do figure it out. I’ll never hear back from them and that is fine by me. I’ll excuse their incompetence but not their rudeness and will be taking my business elsewhere.

What a great experience with recall on my car. Drove in at 7:30( with appt) and left at 8:15. NEVER had a dealership do this. Absolutely will use them again!!
