worst auto service dept in Martin County. Bought a 2016 Subaru Forrester from this dealership, and last month ran over road debris and popped a tire. Service dept suggested I replace both rear tires. This was a month ago, no kidding, and not exaggerating . as I post this, still waiting for the 2 tires. Scant communications and u always get a recording when calling service dept, They are pathetic. Sorry I ever bought anything from this dealership.

Arley was amazing, i came in an hour before close just looking for a Mazda Miata to test drive. i loved the car. the process was smooth, easy and not at all confusing. straight forward and no tricks.

If I could give no stars, I would. I was verbally abuse by the salesman. I wish I knew his name. He was pleasant intially. But when we accused him of try to scam us and lying, he went crazy. He screamed at us to get the "F" out of his store multiple times. He would not give my key back and continued to scream obscenities at us. One of the other people there got the key from him and we were trying to leave. He followed us out to our car still cursing. I told him I was going to call 911. This all started when I saw a 2022 CX-5 online and called twice to see if it was on the lot. I was driving about 40 miles from home and didn't want to waste my time if the car was not on the lot. When we got there, no car. He stated that the call center people didn't know what was on the lot. I gave the call guy the stock number. So the salesman tried to show me a higher priced model. I test drove the car and wanted to make deal. He lowballed me on my trade and I told him I used the Kelly Blue Book that was linked to their site. He said that wasn't a real price and dealers use a different Kelly Blue Book. I also stated that the dealership sent me a $500 off coupon. He said the coupon was garbage and it was just to get you to come in. He said it worked didn't it. That was when my husband said we were leaving and and the salesman just went nuts as stated above. I have never ever been treated that way at any business. I would Not recommend them to my worst enemy. No one deserves that kind of abuse. I would really like to talk to the general manager, but no one has called me back. It was a very scary situation.

I actually had a great experience the first time we went to this dealer to lease a CX-5 in 2018, which is the only reason I'm not giving them 1 star now. I can't recall the name of the person we worked with now, but he was great. I do know that he is no longer with this dealer. My lease was due June 2021 and we went in on Memorial Day to get the process started. We were able to drive a couple of cars, but they didn't seem interested in doing any deals due to the chip shortage and low inventory. Instead of allowing us to work some things out over the phone, they insisted everything had to be done in person. So I extended my lease for 6 months thinking things would be better toward the end of 2021. Turns out I was wrong....even fewer cars and now they really have no interest in doing any deals or working anything out ahead of time. I'm sorry, but my time is also valuable and I don't have the patience to spend 8 hours haggling at the dealership. So joke's on them - we worked with Danard Thomas at Grieco Mazda in Delray Beach who was more than happy to work with us ahead of time over phone/text. Everything was worked out and the car was ready for us when we arrived. I highly recommend making the 60-90 minute drive south so you can work with someone who actually wants to sell cars. I have no interest in ever going back to Wallace Mazda. I'd rather drive to Vero, Delray Beach, or even Tampa or Orlando to give my business to a dealership who actually deals and wants to sell cars.

I got scammed all i have labored for all my life by Bittrex, My life was in shambles, darkness encroached me everywhere i turned to didn't yield any positive outcome not even the police, Until i was lucky enough to contact an investigating company whose area of specialty is fraud recovery, took up my case and helped me recover back my money with no upfront fee and i can breath fresh air again. i will be more happy to share my experience with others who have also falling prey to internet scam.

We had an outstanding sales experience! Joshua Rollins, Sales Consultant, was extremely organized and knowledgeable. He listened to what features were important to me and put me in the perfect car to test drive. I drove home in my new car in just a few minutes. Joshua went far above our expectations!

I highly recommend this dealership. Kellie is best sales girl out there she is no bs to car business. Having her work with me of getting out of my lease now I officially a car owner of 2018 Mazda 3. The entire staff was amazing. They have made my day great!

I found the Genesis I wanted but there were some cosmetic issues that the sales mgr John and salesman Joe promised to fix. After my calling and texting them on numerous occasions I was told to bring it in. They kept it 1 whole day, when I picked it up the work was shoddily done. When I complained to the salesman they acted like I was asking for more than I was expected...quality bodywork. More txt back and nothing. Thank goodness for an acquaintance at Genesis who finally got me in touch with someone who saw the flaws and fixed them. From now on I will take my business to Wallace Genesis not Mazda.

My wife and I went to Wallace Mazda on Oct 26th with hopes of buying a new CX 5. We were immediately greeted by Kellie Sheetz who made us feel at ease and very comfortable. We told her we were interested in a white CX 5 with the preferred package. A few minutes later she pulled one up from the lot and off we went on a test drive. She explained all the gadgets and technology and answered all our questions. Loved the car and decided to purchase it . She made the process nice and easy and in a short time we were driving it home. Kellie was great to work with and would highly recommend her to any of my friends. Yesterday we went back to Wallace because we had some questions about the audio system. Again Kellie showed us how things work and she patiently answered all our questions. Anyways we had a great experience at this dealer and as things stand now we would not hesitate to use Wallace Mazda again.

Beware! This business is not complying with the Martin County face mask ordinance. Employees (with the exception of 2) and guests were not wearing face masks, (and not social distancing) yet a sign posted at the entrance stated the requirement to wear a face mask while inside. Employees were disinterested in complying with regulations and appeared disinterested in their customers in general. I asked to speak with the General Manager, Patrick, and he never appeared.

Wallace Mazda in Stuart was the second dealership we went to. But these people were first in service and cooperation. Particularly I want to thank Willie Heflin and Yoel Alvarez for their assistance in the purchase of our car. Don't waste your time going to any other Mazda dealership--even if it is closer to you. These guys are the best. They had a big choice of cars and a desire to help you find the one that was right for you.
