I have completely lost faith in car dealerships after dealing with Wallace Chevrolet (3rd time I've HAD to use them). I have owned many chevys, both new and used and will not buy another. Wallace will not give a date to fix a warranty issue (cracked manifold on both sides) or provide a vehicle in the meantime. The vehicle is underivable yet they say the issue can't get worse. A simple search of the issue says otherwise. Going to have to take this up the chain but have zero faith in chevrolet right now.

I left a review one time before from my horrible experience and i will tell everyone DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE !! However my sister didn't listen to me and went to service her car (Chevrolet Traverse) spent over $1,600 for the services and to find all of her belongs dump out of her purse after she got her car back & $400 missing out of her glove department is disgusting ! Not to mention the $400 was raised from her daughter's girl scouts cookie fundraiser. She then mention something to the advisors and all they had to say was "sorry this happened"...they didn't want to do anything about it so she call the police & made a report. No one should have to go through this because of the untrustworthy employees this Stuart location continue to hire.

2 hours at Wallace Chevy for them to tell me they have the wrong part. So now I have to waist another morning here. They can take the lease back with the bad weather stripping for all I care

Terrible, just hot garbage in a dumpster fire. I was trying to replace a sedan I have with another. My wife and I decided to sell my car and truck to buy a midsize SUV. This would make it so much easier not to have an extra vehicle in the driveway and we could use the money to help pay for the New SUV. We made the mistake of going to Wallace Chevrolet in Stuart. We were greeted by a salesman and was shown a 2024 Blazer 3lt with a 3.6 v6. It drove and looked great. The salesman assured us that with the 3.6 engine it could tow 4500lbs. we challenged this a few times telling him that we were only buying it to pull my flats boat that weighed approximately 2800 lbs. There was no let me check, I think, or anything that would lead us to believe it was not true. He assured us that it would tow 4500 lbs. It was Black Friday and there were 5 adults with me that heard this. After being told multiple times that it could pull my boat went ahead and bought the Blazer. To seal the deal, we asked him to have a hitch and wire harness installed as these were not on the vehicle. He made that part of the deal. On Thursday six days later, I was on the internet and was looking up the specs on my new vehicle. While doing this I came upon the fact the Blazer Wallace Chevrolet sold me did not have the V92 towing package on it so it could only tow 1500 lbs. Fortunately, I hadn't tried to tow my boat with it yet as this could have caused severe damage to the vehicle and possible harm to my family. I called the dealership and spoke to the sales manager Chris Vogel. I explained the situation to him asking for a quick resolution. He told me he'd call me back with what they could do. I called again Friday and left a message. On Saturday still not hearing back from Him I drove to Wallace and spoke to him in person. he told me there was a RS Blazer that would be able to tow on the lot and let me look at it. I told him that would be okay and let me know what the difference was. I was expecting to pay a little more because it was a higher trim than the one, I purchased. The one I was sold had a MSRP of $46,155 and the other one's MSRP was $48,520.00. A difference of $2,365. On Sunday December 3rd, I received a text from Chris letting me know they would give me a trade value of the Blazer I bought of $40,500.00 I told him I'm more interested in the difference between what I bought and the new Blazer. In fact, I parked the Blazer I had so I would not put any more miles on it. On Monday I texted asking for the price of the new Blazer. I then asked if the V92 package could be added at the dealership. He told me it could not, but he would be in at 11am. I didn't hear anything on Monday, so I texted again on Tuesday. Finally on Tuesday 5 days after I first let him know there was a problem, he texted me the price of the other Blazer. I would have to pay an additional $8,449.00. to get a Blazer that could tow my boat. I couldn't believe it. Wallace's salesmen are either totally ignorant of the products they sell or boldface liars. I was willing to work with Wallace to correct the problem but not to be totally taken advantage of. I told Chris that that was too big a difference and he told me that's the best he could do. He then told me he could sell me a 2023 but that would cost me $2,500.00 more. I let him know that also was unacceptable. My Wife and I spoke about it and decided to keep the Blazer I was sold and keep the truck. So, in conclusion. I did not get the sedan I originally wanted. I was misled or lied to and sold a Blazer that cannot tow my boat. I have a truck I wanted to sell and help pay for the Blazer that I will need to insure and maintain. And have the feeling that Wallce was not willing to do anything to help me. So run for your life! Do not do business with Wallace for anything. I am not even going back for my first free service as you can't trust anything they say. I guess I was stupid enough to trust a car salesman. I now really believe in the question of how you know a car salesman is lying? His li

I have asked, NO, I have begged you to remove me from your mailing lists. I have even called your dealership to ask to be removed since your joke of an unsubscribe button is just a broken toy. For the love of GOD, take me out of your database. If you do not take me out of your database, and stop sending me these emails, as I have requested on numerous occasions, I will take that as permission to contact you and your senior officers with the same unsolicited spam, sign you up for any sites that I think you would be interested in and continue to harass you with fake emails about expired warranties, car maintenance and any other bull you pretend I asked for. PLEASE show me where I asked to receive messages from your company and then publish the many letters where I have begged to be taken out of your system. I have already written reviews on sites like Yelp about the abuse of your agency and the wish I have that I had never had any contact with you and your merciless treatment of a former client. LEAVE ME ALONE! All it takes is to get someone from your company to push a button to take my name out of your system. If you can hound me until I am dead, can't you perform even that simple task? Buying a car from Wallace was my worst nightmare! STOP HARASSING ME! I stand by my original review here on Yelp as well as Cars.com and others. and CLEARLY double down on my claims that their sole purpose in life is NOT to have a good relationship with their clients. Look at all of the one star reviews. I am not alone! Here is my original review from 2019! My buying experience with Wallace Chevrolet was easy and with very little hassle. I received an extended warranty with my car but I begged them not to put me on any mailing lists. Of course I am flooded with emails, text messages and the inevitable FAKE mailings trying to get me to come in for repairs and now another mechanical coverage notice...I have asked, NO, I have begged you to remove me from your mailing lists. After purchasing many vehicles (including Corvettes) through the Wallace network I was just told that the Z06 list I was on is now garbage and they are charging $75k over MSRP. I know if 2 other dealers who are selling at MSRP. They only way dealers will stop doing this is if people boycott buying from them and the dealer realizes the error of their short term lack of loyalty Never again. terrible business plan

Made a service appointment for a Bolt EV. When I come in they tell me they don't have the tools to do service on a EV. So why did you let me make the appointment? A year later they are able to work on EVs now. I brought the car in for a battery recall. Battery exchange might take the whole day I am told. So I drop the car off. The car is done in under an hour. That is surprisingly fast, I could have waited for that. They tell me they rotated the tires and ORDERED the battery now. That's right. No battery was exchanged because they don't have one. You call them and make an appointment for a battery exchange and they wait for you to show up to even order it? And now I wasted 3 hours because I would have never done an appointment to just rotate the tires. Just incompetent.

This Dealership is driven by GREED! I put money down on a corvette over two years ago and was recently called and told that they are marking up the vehicle by $75,000...a jaw dropping 50%!!! They did this to a customer who had given them money over two years ago.. Wow! On a side note... I walked in to trade a 2017 Escalade for a new one and they told me that there was a $35,000 over MSRP markup! We also bought a 2022 Palisade Calligraphy from them and they wanted $8k over MSRP. To add insult to injury they originally only offered us $11,000 for our trade in (2016 Ford Fusion with low miles) that had a retail of nearly $17,000. I am all for businesses to make money, but there is a point where GREED destroys a relationship and they did not have knock our heads off on every side of the deal. It seems the dealerships reputation has gone way down over the last few years, so check and sort the the RECENT REVIEWS. Wallace may have been in business for 65 years with many 3-4 star reviews, but do yourself a favor and look at the 1 and 2 star reviews to see the full picture of what I am talking about. I hope this company gets a nice dose of Karma because I would never buy another car from ANY of Wallace dealerships. I submitted official complaints to GM which won't matter, but people need to know. This is a shame for the good people who work there. Do yourself a favor and look at several other dealerships before you get taken advantage of like me and my family have been. Think of it.... over two years ago I gave this dealership thousands of dollars and then get a call to be told that they will be selling the car for $75,000 OVER MSRP. Is that really necessary? We do not think so.

So it's been a nightmare. I go to Wallace end of last year to trade in my 19 ss 1Le for a 18 ZL1 Camaro. We finished the deal at closing . I head home and not to long after I get a check engine oil dash alert. I checked and realized I had 6 quarts burned off . Mind you I just had oil in it, after months of back (literally had to drop off and pick up 4 different occasions being in a rental most of it) and forth . They finally warrantee a new engine. Now in the process of warentee , they tried "hooking me up into a new vehicle " and told me "we're making No money if you do this . And they show me the number on a truck and it was a joke. I politely turn it down and end up having to sue for a lemon law. Luckily I won and will be receiving something to help with costs. After the new engine was dropped in, I just got it back not too long ago , and now just burned through 2 quarts again. I've called their service dot all day yesterday and today to finally get someone on to the phone to "help" I gave them months to make it right . Now I'm leaving this experience here and also will encourage many of my friends who have had similar experiences to do the same

The service department is poor standard driven and doesn't care about there customers, they have a hard time honoring service warranties that comes with the sale of the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend getting that warranty at all. It's a money scheme. I blame the service manager for such poor standards.
