2 hours at Wallace Chevy for them to tell me they have the wrong part. So now I have to waist another morning here. They can take the lease back with the bad weather stripping for all I care

Called for a oil change and they told me they would call me back with q quote. Still waiting.

The service department is poor standard driven and doesn't care about there customers, they have a hard time honoring service warranties that comes with the sale of the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend getting that warranty at all. It's a money scheme. I blame the service manager for such poor standards.
