Stay FAR AWAY from this “STEALERSHIP” Sorry there was a a “no-star” rating.
Was told “NOT TO COME BACK” by Cheyenne in service, for disputing a $50 overcharge for warranty oil change that wasn’t completed properly.
Denied using GMAC pricing on 2 new trucks.
I have not had one good experience in the 2 years I’ve been using Wallace.
I have never had such horrible customer service, and lack of consideration as a Chevrolet customer of 35 years. Word to the wise, go somewhere else!
Save yourself time, money, and ALOT aggravation!

Deceitful and fraudulent sales tactics, when you have a problem with your vehicle they’ll leave you high and dry. If they sell you a lemon and send you through the wringer in order to get repairs they’ll just trespass you with their security guard who is an off duty cop wearing Martin county sheriff’s department equipment. They sold me a truck that has been out of function for two years and refuse to take care of it. Despite selling me a 150,000 mile warranty. They told me my speakers dropping out was my fault when they in fact knew there was a software issue. Disgusting tactics, and they will look for any reason to not have to deal with you! Even if it’s their error or poor product. They won’t stand by it. They’ll tell you it’s supposed to work that way

Purchased Chrysler Pacifica which came with iConnect DVD players. The headphones and remotes were not the correct ones. We’ve called, written etc and still don’t have the correct ones though told they were ordered. Also, had to replace all 4 tires, air conditioner needed work (that’s the only thing they repaired). We had to purchase a manual as only given incorrect one. All were advertised online and on their site. Sadly, they only returned call once! So, we ended up paying out-of-pocket for most of these items. In the end, we’re purchasing a new Jeep elsewhere.

After telling you guys I didn't want to waste my time coming down. I was told I was pre-approved and told them the current situation, did an online application where they ran my credit. Drove an hour one way all to be told they couldn't help me without a significant down payment. I've had bad experiences with dealerships but this is one that takes icing on the cake. Lying to get me to come in to try and make a quick buck even knowing the full situation before I come and wasting my time. They also RAN MY CREDIT again after being told they already ran my credit less than a week ago. Waste of time

If I could give Wallace zero stars I would, Their service departments of all 4 of the wallace agency's I've purchased from Mazda, Genesis, Hyundai and Cadillac all suffer from disorganization and lack of caring for their customers. UPPER management is unresponsive. I recommend going elsewhere if you value your time.
