Waste of the better part of a Saturday afternoon trying to get the pharmacy on the phone to transfer prescriptions from another store since my move will take me closer to that store. Forget it. I'd rather drive to Jensen Beach than deal with these drones

Everyone in this location has been very helpful. The wonderful staff at the pharmacy and the beautiful lady at the makeup counter has always been so helpful.

I was told by the liquor store lady not to buy 5 packs of cigarettes at a time because “I’m clearing her out and there’s no more for others” so rude! Won’t be back!

My family has been going to this Walgreens for decades. Going on 30 years. Never had an issue.And then all of a sudden, we can't get medications, the insurance and the pharmacy can't get on the same page, they can't run the copay card correctly... And the attitude we get from the pharmacists.. that's just the cherry on top. We love a bit of attitude while trying to get heart medications to save my husband's life.Our doctors are telling us to just go to a different pharmacy at this point. I'm starting to agree with them.

Came into your location to purchase a Gatorade tonight. I'm an on duty police officer and I don't have a local station that I can utilize the bathroom at, so I tried to go while I was in your store. I tried to go in the ladies room, where there was an employee cleaning. No problem. I said oh, I'll go in the men's room. Your employee informed me that that was also closed. Seriously? Do you really think that that's good customer service? I guess I'll go elsewhere to use the bathroom and we'll also make sure that I make my late night snack and drink purchases elsewhere, since you're employees lack basic courtesy and customer service.

Walgreens needs to check up on their pharmacy department because the staff is on the struggle bus from hell. I would like to preface this review by saying I do not leave reviews and no one likes a Karen- but seeing as this is supposed to be a PHARMACY- where people get their medications, I feel that it's pretty important...I have been to this Walgreens twice now and both times have waited 5+ hours for one medication to get filled. Tonight they tried giving me the medication which listed "0 refills" when the written RX from the doctor clearly stated "2 refills".To top it off, they tripled the amount I pay for the exact same medication, dosage, and amount. When I tried using a Good RX coupon specifically for Walgreens they said "we don't price match". Staff was rude when I asked questions and could not answer any of them. I took my written RX back and got it filled at CVS for $15 + the refills listed when Walgreens tried charging me $92 with no refills.Personally, I would rather shove my face into a hot panini press than ever use this pharmacy again- but if you do choose to go to this Walgreens Pharmacy, I highly recommend you set aside at least 5 hours of your day to wait for your medication to get filled, don't ask any questions to pharmacy staff, and lastly/most importantly make sure you double check the medication they give you... Or just avoid this pharmacy completely and go somewhere with a kind and competent staff. The rest of the store is great though.

Never felt as low as I did walking in this store. Not a simple hello, welcome to Walgreens, an excuse me (after the manager almost ran into me), a nothing- it was like I didn't exist. Only thing they said to me was my transaction total. Disgusting ppl.

They had an item in stock and I asked the store associate to help me locate the item but she just ended up telling me to purchase it online for pickup... Worst customer service, all she did was wanting to talk to her friend instead of helping me

Worst customer service at this location due to (I think her name is ) “Joanie” (blonde hair), who was on duty 5/29/22 around 5pm. She knows nothing about customer service and should not be working with the public. Zero personality and unhelpful for a customer service position. She is rude, unaware, and unfriendly. She appeared from the back and lazily walked past us customers standing in line and proceeded to close down every register at the pharmacy window except for one - she did this while people were waiting in line in store and in drive thru. She never acknowledged anyone in line or took the initiative to ring anyone up before closing down 3 registers. The Pharmacist was friendly and customer oriented. He saw me standing there for over 10 minutes with a bunch of stuff in my arms still waiting to be rung up and ran over and offered to ring me up. Joanie snapped at / scolded him rudely that all the registers were closed and he couldn’t help me. Then after I’ve been standing there and after the pharmacist try to help me she told me rudely that I need to “wait a moment”. This was after she knew I had already been standing there for quite a while with my arms full of stuff. I walked out without my prescription. I will be transferring to another pharmacy.
