Adam was amazing. He went above and beyond. When I called, they declined me home internet because of credit issues. He spent a good 25 minutes on the phone and got me approved. He set up all my streaming services. He was professional and thorough! Even with several customers waiting He took time and didn't make me feel rushed! ☆☆☆☆☆

I ordered 2Gizmo watches. I was told it would take 2-3 business days for them to arrive. On the 3rd day one arrived and I went to activate it. They could not activate it as the other wasn’t delivered yet and there was no way around it. On the 4th business day the second arrived. When I went in to set them up, they had canceled the order but both devices were there. So, they started setting them up under a new order. When I asked how much they were, I was told a price almost $90 more than the receipt I had and they could not honor the prices I had on my receipt. In addition, they could not honor the Verizon promotion with these devices. Something seemed really crooked, sneaky and underhanded.
I ended up leaving very upset. When I got home I ordered them online from Verizon and they were at my door within 36 hours.

It was a pleasure visiting your location. I came in just to activate my replacement phone. Usually when a customer has a problem or just comes into activate a phone you don't get the best service. Hady was my salesman and he was absolutely the best. He took his time and activated my phone. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable he went above and beyond. At the end of our conversation he mentioned that I can get two new phones and actually save $20 a month on my bill. I'll be back for sure to visit this location. On another note I worked for Verizon for over 20 years. I would surely hire Hady he deserves to be recognized!

I arrived at the store to verify my identity for a business account and was told I’d have to go to the corporate location in Jensen Beach. However, Levon had a workaround and came out to my truck as I was leaving to tell me he could figure something out. About 20 mins later my entire account was set up with 2 new devices and it saved me at least an 2 hours of time going to another store. Thanks Levon!
