This Verizon store is simply the best! Simon was extremely knowledgeable and was super friendly & helpful. Best experience ever at a cell phone store! Highly recommend!

Verizon is fortunate to have Derek representing them. My 91 y.o. mother went in and bought a phone that was not user friendly for her. They also sold her on a watch too that she would never use as a phone. WE took all back and Derek was very patient . After paying restocking and set up fees, (unfortunately non refundable), he then set us up with a basic iPhone. This 5 star review is for his service. I have not always been happy with Verizon. Anyway, he also figured out a monthly charge on her bill that no one else could figure out what it was for. He contacted the dept. that deals with disputes and put me on the phone to investigate and open a case. If you need a tech saavy, nice and patient employee, he's the man.

This is the worst service of the various Verizon stores I’ve visited in the last 18 yrs I’ve had Verizon as my service. My new mini iPad last December was incompletely set up(charge of $29). Phone line wasn’t added nor synced to phone. Found out in Melbourne (superior store and tech support) 2 months ago, the refurbished replacement, which I had bought BRAND NEW 12/22, that SIM card was bad. A virtual one was used and had to be replaced AGAIN 12/17/23. I paid $300 more for the new one. And now despite being charged monthly for service, the Mini states Verizon doesn’t have it on WiFi. Which is all going to drive me to a competitor. But first I want a refund of $300, which I paid at once, not monthly. I’ve had trouble for a year, and this store’s techs claim not their problem to fix. Poor management, and service.

ZERO STARS/AWFUL TREATMENT…We were locked out 5min before closing, this is unacceptable. My husband and I needed to pick up our Wi-Fi router and first we tried to call the store, we were told by customer service due to being under staffed they DONT EVEN HAVE A PHONE in the building?? So we show up as quick as we can and the worker saw us pull in and rush to the door to lock it before we could reach it. When we asked why they said they were closed, they shouldn’t have been closed for 5min. On top of not following corporate orders to be open till 8pm they mocked us smiling and waving bye, it was incredibly rude. SPECIFICALLY Shawn and Derek.My Mother and I went in a couple weeks ago and Shawn treated me with respect obviously due to my moms huge account with Verizon and lots of money spent there over the past 15+ years. Now that I show up without her only needing to get a router I was greeted with rudeness and no respect being mockingly told to leave. Never felt that “pretty women” affect in my life but here we are, I couldn’t be more disgusted at the treatment and mocking tone as they told us to leave. We will be going in tomorrow to speak to a manager in store and getting on the phone with corporate until somethings done about this. I will also be posting to social media

Be careful i purchased two I phone 14 from Verizon store I was assured the phones were free with turning in my old iPhone 12.Not true my bill is now over $200 a month I had to stop the funds being drawn from my bank account i have been trying to resolve this problem now they removed my military discount lousy $5 a month money doesnt matter its the principle stay away from Verizon I have been told 25 different stories i should have went with consumer cellular for seniors

Spent 4 hours there for nothing. Went there to transfer existing lines, which they make you call and do it yourself. So it’s pointless to go to the store when you can just do it from home. Then my husband wanted to buy a tablet for his work, and the sales people just pressure you to open new lines and say it’s the “same” price. If I added two additional lines to my account it would be the same price as one, and new iPhone and new iPad. After we saw our estimated bill breakdown the cost for each line was more than discussed. The lady sales manager was such a “B” and just repeating herself as if that was going to change our minds. I ended up returning everything an was charged a $50 restocking fee. Do yourself a favor and don’t go in there, anyways everything is over the phone or on a computer.

Always happy with Verizon service. I've used them for years for internet, phone and in the past TV. Never a problem but I can't say the same for AT&T never going back. I've had wonderful customer service with Verizon and excellent reception whether in US orCanada. I'm a happy camper!

We transferred our service and phone lines to this new provider. Everything was great. My wife and I both got new iPhone 15s we got credit for our old phones and the services are now going to be better and greater in our new community.Thank you, Simon!

My wife and I went because of an issue with dropped calls on her phone. We sat with Angel, who was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue as needed a new Sim card and resetting the network. He took car of the issue nicely. We were both very satisfied with his service and the friendly person who greeted us when we entered the store. So, for our experience with the staff mentioned: 5 stars. However, our rating of Verizon's cell service: 3 stars. A bit disappointing for the price they charge.

The worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Switching from tmobile to Verizon so far has been a mistake. 2 days in and I go from 150 bill to over 600 and I have my own phones
