Chris is the man to see! This was probably the most pleasant and smoothest experience I’ve had at a phone carrier location. With no monetary incentive, driving his actions, he was more than informative, and it was so helpful and pleasant in navigating through what I was there to accomplish. He assisted me in porting over a number from another carrier and was able to answer any questions I had. We jammed out to music together during the interaction making what is sometimes a stressful errand an enjoyable experience. if you have a face-to-face necessity to have your phone service maintained or would like to join a carrier, I highly recommend Verizon and Chris and particular to be the man to get the job done. What an amazing experience we had when we popped into the Verizon Store in Stuart. My father, who is in hospice, had locked himself out of his cell phone and we were flying out in a few hours. We did not want to leave our dad like that with no phone for him to call us with. Jody, the manager there not only cared about our problem but knowing the phone was locked out for 6 hours and we would have to miss our flight offered to bring it to our dad at hospice after he closed. Jody is not only a wizard at what he does but he is a wonderful human being. The service we received was above and beyond. Thank you

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in to upgrade/replace an existing phone that had dies. I was told since there was no way to verify I was the correct owner of the phone, they proceeded to sell me a new phone. Being 1000 miles from home on a business trip. I had no choice. When I returned home, I canceled my new line and upgraded my old line. I returned the phone to Verizon, but since I didn't return it to the store I bought I from. Which is a franchise store of Verizon. They wouldt refund my money. Now I have no phone and am out $315. Neither Verizon corporate or this local store in Stuart will do anything about it.
