I arrived at 4:55 pm to send a document urgently, but the women were working didn’t receive it because the store was already closed, however I said them the schedule is until 5:00 pm so they were still open, but they answered me they were closed and that I had to go and come back tomorrow.
This situation is very frustrating.

I will never go here again and I used to use them a lot. Sent my husband to this location to use a notary. The top portion of the paper was already filled out by me with what had to be filled out and then there was a big blue line that said DO NOT SIGN THIS PORTION OF THE FORM UNLESS IN FRONT OF A NOTARY because of course as we all know, a notary’s job is to witness the signing of a document and confirm the persons ID who is signing. A notary there named Gabrielle filled out her portion of the paper and stamped it and I told my husband to put the paper directly into the glove box because I was going to the courthouse that Monday to get our kids passports so then I would already have the form in the car. I get to the courthouse with the document and the lady behind the counter says to me “Your husband never signed this”..Me looking as dumbfounded as can be didn’t understand how I sent him with the purpose of signing the document in front of a notary and she didn’t have him sign? I ask them if I can meet up with him and have him sign it that day and they said no because unfortunately, it is void if the fathers signature date is not the same as the notary’s date and IN FRONT of a notary. I leave unable to get my children passports and I then call the UPS store location. I didn’t have any intent of being a “Karen” and letting the notary know maybe she didn’t understand her job even thought trust me I wanted to. I simply just wanted a refund because we paid $20 for it or to have it redone no charge. The woman Kaylee who answered was very nice and let me know that either of those options were fine whenever I wanted to come back in for either a re-do or a refund and I was fine with that. Gabrielle proceeded to CALL me herself two minutes later and asked me what was going on. I said “You never had my husband sign the document that had to be a notarized.” She says “Oh so it’s him that forgot to do something then and it’s on him and not on me” and HANGS UP. She is crazy if she thinks she’s anywhere close to a professional that deserves respect at this point so I call her back and say “Excuse me? You hang up on me? Actually it is on you and you must not understand the duties of your job because he’s supposed to sign it in front of you, that’s the point, How did you not realize he didn’t sign it at all?” She said to me in a tone like she wanted to FIGHT me “Oh so now you’re saying I can’t do my job?” And hangs up again. Well guess what Gabrielle Yes that’s exactly what I’m saying and I hope this review gets you fired. I am mindboggled at the fact she actually had the nerve to call me and tell me off over her mistake of not knowing her job. I worked in the restaurant industry many years and “the customer is always right” saying is just a nice way of saying to own up to your mistakes and always be kind and there was definitely a nicer and much more normal way she could have handled it like Kaylee. I took off from work early to be able to get to the court in time for nothing. Gabrielle your job isn’t for people to come to you with a pre filled out paper, have you write your info on it and then go home with it UNSIGNED. If you google the responsibilities of a notary it’s to not only witness the signing of a document but verifying the information and if there is anything missing or incomplete, it is the notaries job make sure they’re completed. I think you should start doing something else where you don’t have to deal with customer service. They can keep their $20 and their rude employees.

I love The UPS Store.. they ship fast and their prices are excellent!! I use them instead of the Post Office because the prices are so reasonable!!! Thanks UPS

Thanks to Chris, working the counter just minutes before closing, I was able to ship a large box to AZ that had already been prepaid out there. It was so nice to see an employee who really enjoys working and passes on that enthusiasm and effort to customers. There's a UPS facility right near where I live, but they could not help me do what Chris did in just a few minutes. So even though I had to drive completely across town it was well worth it. Thank you very much.

They are so nice. The staff remembers your name and most of the time they remember your box number as well. They are always helpful.

I had to return a package to Amazon and had no clue what I was doing. The young lady behind the counter had no problem helping me out and made this a breeze. It was "FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE" the way it use to be. I now have a UPS store I'll be using to ship or return packages. Thank you to the amazing employees at the UPS on Kanner Highway. ???
