Driver has lied about attempting to deliver packages. Stating I was unavailable. It’s easy to see that no one even went to the door to try and deliver any packages, thanks to ring cam. This Has happened twice in 2 months, which has caused my company to lose money. My business will no longer Be using UPS. They don’t hold their employees accountable for laziness and unethical activity.

They received my package at 9:30 last night didn't even attempt to deliver it and have it as return to sender at 8:30 this morning. I've put in 2 requests through corporate ups to have them contact me to deliver it and no response. Typical from this distribution center. I had to deal with them years ago for a job and it was the same then as it us now. If your not going to attempt deliveries then why bother accepting them?
