I purchased a 2023 leftover Road Glide CVO from Treasure Coast. Tom in Sales and Nick In Finance were professional and fair through the entire process. After negotiating for my trade I made the 20 hour ride from Jersey. There was an issue just before I loaded and left to return home. Rob, Sales Mananger, Tom and Nick worked hard to ensure this entire thing didn"t go completely sideways. I purchased a 2024 CVO Road Glide in Legendary Orange. They all went out of their way to ensure a fair deal was reached. I will consider all future Harley purchases at Treasure Coast despite the distance. Tom, Rob and Nick thank you for making sure I have a phenominal motorcycle.

I haven't been there. Was able to purchase a bike totally online. And delivered within 3 days. The staff was incredibly good to me. Thanks to Ron,(sales) Will,(finance)and Rick the delivery driver ? very happy ? ? ?

Let me tell you about my experience with TCHD. Without embarrassing myself too much, let’s just say that my credit score wasn’t the best. Due to a messy divorce, and a motorcycle accident which I was not at fault and out of work for weeks, I lost my bike. I was able to build myself back up a little. I contacted the guys at TCHD during their WTF promotion, explained what I had to work with, (down payment, decent income, etc.,) they worked and worked until they got a lender who took me, I pick up my 2022 Softail Standard, equipped to the 9’s on Tuesday.
When you think that there’s no way you’ll get a loan for a bike, do not give up! Give these guys a call and give them a chance to work for you, because they definitely will.

Service dept Hason was excellent. He tended to me on short notice, took care my issue 100%. He should be praised for his knowledge and great customer service. I always use west palm Harley because I am in West Palm. Well worth the drive. Will be using them again. Great job for service dept as a whole. Please retired guy. LoL

I purchased a 2022 Pan America from this place. The bike has stranded me 4 times before i got to 8k miles. They should name this pile of junk the Stranded America.
My first and last harley!
If you try to trade in one of these junkers, they want to give you less than half than what you paid for it with under 10k miles.

We must have came here on an off day. Traveling down to Key West as well and decided to stop here as well. When we walked in, the motor close girl said hi and was the only one that engaged with us. I talked to someone at the parts/service counter and they were super nice and very knowledgeable of the area. Asked about an oil change and was told by appointment only, they only have two technicians on duty. Walking around the dealership and still no one came and talked to us so we left. Tried finding shirts with the dealership logo as well and didn’t really find any for men. Again, could have been an off day.
Dealership was pretty clean and there were a lot of bikes.

Worse service. Bought bike 6 weeks no registration or plates. Temp. Has expired send me another with a address had 30yrs. Tell me use it like that. Been calling. Now bringing ghosted. Regret purchasing bike from them. Do not buy from this dealer.

tried to buy a bike from these guys for 3 weeks talk to **** would do nothing talk to ** would do nothing talk to another guy that had an ********** accent said he would call me back nobody would ever call me back I had went and checked out their references on ****** and got one star from everybody this place is a joke.

I worked here for a few weeks and wowI would never have expected a Harley Davidson dealership to be ran the way they run that place. They will tell you they have exactly what youre looking for no matter what, its all about money, theyll lie to you about anything to get you to sign those papers. I worked there for a few weeks and would not deal with the lying and deceit. They told me to tell every single person that called asking for a specific bike, color model, etc. that we had one in stock, even if we didnt. It didnt matter if they lived 5 minutes away or 10 hours, theyre way of making it seem right is that Its well have something theyll be happy with They also withheld my first check, promising me every day Id have it by the end of the day but never received it.

I just traded in my Roadglide for a new Roadglide....The process is the same at every dealership....
The difference at Treasure Coast HD was the financing process....
They have a nice young man named Travis, kinda reminds me of my son...He is knowledgeable, on task and genuinely a nice kid....
If you buy a bike from Treasure Coast HD ask for Travis to do the financing process....

Treasure Coast HD is absolutely amazing! April is by far the best! She really helped us out with finding out what type of bikes we wanted. She is a great asset to that team! Amanda is also amazing when it comes to helping you find apparel and other items you may need in their retail section.
