I brought my truck 2022 Dodge Ram beautiful truck as far as their work I would say they need to pay attention to damaging other parts of your vehicle I did a walk around with Jenny come to find out when I got home there was more damage to my truck on two parts of it I couldn't believe it I called up no answer straight to voicemail also the woman that you give your money to has no respect I gave her $4,000 I didn't even get a thank you don't take your vehicle to this place nightmare whatever you do don't take your vehicle to this place and expect a good job

I had the pleasure of meeting some great ladies (Bobbi, Tiffany & Ashley)at Classic Collision. After experiencing a vehicle accident, they were very helpful and great customer service in assisting us along the way. Tiffany keep that warm presence! Thanks again Classic Collision!

picked up my car and it wasn’t fixed all the way, took it back and had to wait an extra hour because they hadn’t showed up to my appointment until after the 30 minute window.everyone inside has a short temper and aren’t great at dealing with peoplei just wanted my car fixed idk how they made it so much harder and stressfull

I have used classic collision before and thought they were great, this time not so much. I had two different days being sent VIA email for car pick up, either the 26th or 31st. I called, three times during the few weeks they had it, and explained that I would be out of town Friday, and could not pick my car up on the 26th. Ashley was understanding and told me not to stress too much about it. I got a call Friday (at 430 on a holiday weekend) that my car was ready which I then explained AGAIN that I couldn’t pick up. My vehicle was then left outside of the gate unlocked for 5 days. No one walked me through pick up and basically just sent me on my way. When I did pick up on 5/30, my car has three warning lights on, the back brake light is still busted and not working, and and all 4 tires are low on air.Services: Electrical

It took them over 3 month to fix which it never did because they could not get the parts and did t tells us for 2 months.

Take three months to fix my car in the gap between the swiping porch. I’m not happy with the service every day is a different story when you called to get information about your car now recommend Samatha you classic collision.

I would put 0 stars if possible. When picking up my car there was multiple issues wrong. They did not line the door up properly and you could hear the outside while driving. The wheel well plastic was destroyed though they tried to re-use it. My ABS sensor was hanging on for dear life and I crawled underneath the car and put it back correctly so it would not get damaged while driving. They put the wrong rim / hubcap on my car as it did not match the other 3 on my car. They tried re-using my crashed tire was was gouged on the side wall 100 percent around it, extremely dangerous. They missed areas of paint on the door handle which were obvious to happened during the crash. I brought it back for a 2nd time to explain the issues and they decided to fix the door on the spot. I waited multiple hours in their waiting room for them to do so. They said I would have to return for a 3rd time to get the remaining issues corrected. Mind you I have already returned the rental car and have to now find a way to get my car but will be without a car now. When returning for the 3rd time they decided to smear touch up paint over my door handle. I thought this was a body and paint shop? When receiving my car for the 3rd time it was after hours and I did not have anyone to complain to about the terrible work they performed on my car. I am not returning the car to them for a 4th time as the aggravation, time, and money it has cost me at this point is not worth it. I also do not have faith that they will fix it correctly as I have had my car there 3 times already to fix a routine repair. Absolutely terrible work, they fixed the car multiple weeks after expected completion and my car still has remnants of being in a crash. DO NOT GO TO CLASSIC COLLISION!!!! BAD BAD BUSINESS! I was referred to Classic Collision from GEICO. One year after my bumper was painted, the paint started to peel off the bumper. I was told from GEICO that it was under warranty and that Classic Collision will cover the work. Long story short, they did not cover it then put me on the run around. Had my car sitting at their shop for one whole week without even touching the vehicle, didn't provide me any rental transportation, meanwhile Shifting the blame on Geico to have them cover the work again when they already paid for it to be done a year prior. They are also very bad with communicating with their customers. I even spoke to the manager Kelly, which lied to me on the phone stating that she was going to get in contact with the claims adjuster to have this matter resolved. I haven't heard back from them or Geico sense. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This place is bad business, seriously do not take your car there for any service even if your car insurance recommends them.

Came in for an estimate as we have used this facility before it turned into Classic Collision. Everyone seemed friendly, gentleman took our info and inspected our vehicle. He told us he would email me an estimate by the end of the day. A few days passed, no estimate. I called and lady said computers were down….. 2 weeks later no estimate, no courtesy phone call. I suppose business must be good that you don’t have to call customers back.

Oh this place is the best in my opinion….My car was in their shop for a month after a serious crash . The staff rejuvenated my car and bring it alive again. Nobody couldn’t notice the car got into an accident .I’m beyond happy because my car is my baby. Thank you Ashley and your staff for once making my day again ????
