Another jeweler that couldn't help me recommended Newitt. 1st visit was 100% satisfactory- friendliness, professional, personable, helpful. Very clean shop. if you want it done right the first time - this is the place. have had experiences where a jewelry store repaired an item and a month or two later we had to go back for re-repair. this place does it right the first time. my wifes jewelry never looked so good after repair & the quality cleaning job. the entire staff is awesome - and they stand behind their work. watch battery replacement at a reasonable price as well.

My sister & I got our ears pierced here when we were little. They were nothing but patient with us considering how scared we were. Family has been going there practically everyday since. Also Louie who fixes the watches is the best. HE IS DEFINITELY THE HEART OF THE STORE. WILL REFER TO EVERYONE.

I went in to get a ring sized and called for an update and I got nasty remarks to me and told just come pick it up. I went to pic it up of course and called the owner on Friday . I explained to the owner in detail how the manager was unprofessional to me and rude in her tone and not caring for future business from me. I also told her social media is word of mouth.
