OMG! I used to work in a shoe factory (in this country by the way) so I know a little about shoes. That said, Anita at Tennis Frenzy is the most knowledgeable shoe salesperson I've ever met. And she's patient, polite, and friendly. This store has a wide variety of tennis/pickleball shoes, paddles, and clothing. I live in NY and spend three months here in the winter and Tennis Frenzy is my "go to" store for my pball needs. Highly recommended!

Lee has the best tennis shop in town. He is extremely nice, professional and experienced. If you're looking for a shop that has a wealth of knowledge about tennis or pickleball, I would highly recommend going here to buy your equipment.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Horrible service. Absolutely terrible. I went in to buy tennis shoes because my others ones I had left back home. I didn't know which ones to buy so I just was trying on a bunch of shoes and wanted to get a good pair that was also comfortable. As soon as I chose a pair that I wanted, the sales associate was trying to convince me not to get them. They were being super condescending and rude to the point where I almost just walked out of the store. I don't know why a sales associate would try and talk a costumer OUT of buying something from their store... I also don't know why they would carry a shoe that they would try so hard to talk you out of. Very strange encounter. Bought them anyway; The shoes look great over all, just make sure you get the ones YOU want.
