Can I possibly give zero stars? What a mess that place is!! 30 minutes in line to make a routine deposit. The only thing that functions properly there is the ATM machine but, I’m sure that will soon malfunction at this rate.

I’m trusting you this bank Td with my money and you people cannot service me because you are being lazy or don’t feel like it or because you’re too busy talking it’s so pathetic this is the second time the one by Publix in Kenner same thing actually worse!

plz don’t waste your time and go to another location!!! Walked in 4 girls sitting by a computer. none of them helping anyone and I still had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby so they could finish their conversation. The girls take so long to do anything. The tellers up in the front were talking about buying groceries the whole time very loud. Super unprofessional. The manager Anne was also talking the whole time with another coworker meanwhile a line of people formed in the front.

They are awful. My account was charged extra and they accused me of being a liar. Their own customerservice reps said they whole thing was ridiculous. I called thinking it could be resolved and had to file criminal charges. The cops are on their way there.

This has to be the human equivalent of watching paint dry. Between the confusion and the extreme lack of time awareness, the people working this counter will blow your mind.

Getting tired of this 45 minute wait time in line. I don’t have this expendable time. TD cost more than it’s worth so I opened a new account at Seacoast Bank. In and out in regular amount of time. TD Bank has horrible customer service. Never again!

This bank is happy to cash checks for people that do not have an account with them. My mother has been told she won the publishers clearing house she just needs to pay fees. and all of the checks she writes are cashed at this branch. I have asked them for help. They don't care. They keep letting the same people cash checks. I wonder if they get a cut if the money

Power reduced doors and genderless bathrooms are neat, the offices are nice. But there are only two teller stations and everyone ends up waiting a half hour due to getting slammed on the weekends. All the office space but most people go in for deposits and quick interactions. Probably will use other locations because this bank is not straight to the point, banking.

The branch itself is a good one and the people are super friendly and helpful. But TD bank overall is not a good bank for small business. My small business account is very large (hundreds of thousands of dollars). I do a ton of international wires each month. DO NOT use TD bank if you have to do international wires. There system is not set up correctly and you have to do every wire for international in the branch - no way to do it online. Suppose you want to send a wire to the UK... well the UK requires a sort code and if you send a wire to India they require an IFSC number. Good look with that since their system doesn't prompt the bank employee to get that info and worse yet there is no place on their form to even enter it in. So what happens...you get charged a a $40 wire fee and the money returned to your account and another fee for returning your wire. Then you have to do it all over again - another $40 wire fee. Even worse the money just appears back in your account when returned and you get a letter with no reference to the original wire or any sort or explanation as to why it was rejected. You then have to call to find out why. The bank employees are not to blame. Recently I needed proof that a wire was sent to one of my international vendors. Went to the branch and was told to call. Went back to my office and was told they couldn't help me and I had to go the branch... I told the manager that the branch just calls the wire department and doesn't pull up anything on their computer. She told me to hold on while she spoke to the wire department again. Guess what... the call got disconnected. No call back from them to say sorry. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Most incompetent place I have ever dealt with! Stay clear of this branch! NONE of the employees have a clue what they are doing!!!
