Recently needed a pair of crutches and the clinic isn’t allowed to issue them. We stopped in TCM for a recommendation. She apologized that they wouldn’t file insurance or Medicare paperwork but they had crutches much to our surprise. A very nice aluminum set AND fully adjustable for $22!! SOLD!. Very nice helpful staff. Check them out for all of your mobility needs.

My wife ordered a chair the day I came home from surgery. It was delivered on time, but the chair did not elevate the leg as intended. She called to pick this one up for exchange. The owner promised to exchange the chair the following week. On Tuesday we called because we had not heard back. We were told nothing was available. We asked for a partial refund because we never used the chair. I spoke with another gentleman in the office one day and the owner the several days later each of them promising to return my call but never did.

Ford Van y134hc license plate with TC mobility decals on the door. Driver flips me off and when I stop my truck to ask why he gets out and starts threatening me. Totally unprofessional. Either is your van or you’re responsible for not taking the decals off but either way it was brand new and didn’t have anyone else’s name on it. Nobody wants to claim responsibility for it so here’s a bad review.

We drove from Boynton Beach to go to the Elliott Museum. Unfortunately, a wheel fell off my husband's walker rendering it unusable. We were so lucky to find TC Mobility where parts were found to fix it. They really saved the day for us and were so nice. It's particularly hard to find assistance on a Saturday.

Everyone went out of their way to help and because I had special needs for pick up and drop off times they worked with me I am a very picky person. So I can say hands down I recommend them to anyone

What a lifesaver this Team was. After a recent injury, I was able to purchase and rent a few items while my husband recuperated from a fall. A lift chair and scooter were delivered by the end of the day, and they even installed safety frames for the bed and in the bathroom for us. Friendly & helpful staff that were professional from the beginning to the end. Best in town, without a doubt!

They are unable to help with a conversion and are unfamiliar with any of the process says involved with getting help from the state to pay for conversions .
