This guy gave me a inflated rate. I have very good credit. He was a j*** when I said, I'm going to shop his rate. And that when it went south. He said he was working his a** off for me. You're shopping a loan at maybe 4 banks. I guess he didn't know I was once a loan officer too. Its me, the borrower how's digging all the info to qualify. It's me the borrower coming up with 20% down! Working your a** off by send me a loan app to fill out. Please!? I don't think anyone should use this guy. I would go somewhere else. Oh, I instantly got three 1/8 better on my loan. I'm in sales too. I try to make it easy. Tell me, how do you screw that up? I'm out. If you're getting a loan of course you want the best rate. If someone becomes a j*** about it. Run
