My 1st visit there as I recently moved from out of town. A lot of negative comments and I was apprehensive. I had a positive experience at this office. Everyone was willing to help and were very professional. The fact less opinions are the real problem. I would of given 5 stars but since it's only my first visit I will perhaps wait for results of my visit to consider that.

I'd love to give 5 stars but i can't i don't even want to give them one. I've been coming here for at least 10 years and i think its time to make a change. I've been waiting a month to get a consult for imaging and an MRI on a shoulder injury. I call multiple times a week and no one can ever seem to get the consult request pushed up to the practitioner. I've been patient with everyone I've talked to and I've requested the manager a couple of times and i haven't got a response from them either. Please Do Better.

Now i see why the low reviews. Called twice. First, i was told it'll be a moment. 35 minutes 20 seconds on hold.
Called 2nd time and i said i needed to make an appointment change so that they knew it was a quick help. Was told that it would be a second. 54 minutes and 50 seconds later, they closed and no longer answered my call. "Wonderful" service!
Dont know whats up with this office but so far it's been the worst VA clinic ive dealt with.

Vey frustrated and disgusted by this clinic…had to wait a month for appointment then the Doctor wouldn’t even look at the problem, requested a test and they said no, what a joke.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!
THIS CLINIC IS EVIL TO THE CORE. PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING.
My father is a severely disabled veteran who I am the sole caretaker of. He is also bed ridden. In the last 5 months they forced him to come in for visits when he was already in the home based primary care. 4 out of 5 visits we did not see a dr or nurse because they were supposedly on vacation. Not a single phone call text email or letter in advance about this. Even after complaining they still kept doing it. My father has cancer and copd as well as other old injuries. They kept restricting his pain medication he's been on for 30 years. After complaining to Washington DC a few times they end up changing their mind. They just again tried to cut him off again. They cut it in half. So now I have to suffer hearing my father moan all day and night because he's in pain. And I can't do anything to help. Next my father had to be admitted to the hospital. They sent all his images and labs to this dr and nurse that were his PC. They found a aneurysm near his heart. This was over 2 months ago. They never contacted us and never told us. We had to find out from a private dr. We were in shock. These ppl neglect their patients and neglect their duties. Especially "TO DO NO HARM". We can't get anyone on the phone. They don't answer or take 3 days to respond. And even when I ask to speak to the doctor even if it's a appointment they never do. They send a rude incompetent nurse to call and relay a message from these incredibly evil doctors. None of his prescriptions are ever on time even after calling it in 7 days in advance. I refuse to call these nazis by their medical title. But BEWARE of romanelli and badinski. Not sure spelling is right but they are extremely evil. Just look at the other reviews. Also the man in charge there I think his name is James. No matter how bad these wannabe professionals act he backs them up. He threatened my 75 yr old father in a wheelchair on 24/7 oxygen to have his arrested because we got upset about the pointless trips into that clinic without notice of appointment cancelation. Also how his "doctors" don't even read these patients charts and start making life changing decisions for patients with no knowledge of their past. These "doctors" fail to inform patients of serious medical issues that come up. No follow ups or warnings or anything. One of their receptionists even told me that they cannot keep employees there because they don't like how that clinic treats patients. The head guy James I think (because he wouldn't tell me his name) is probably the most corrupt incompetent piece of trash to walk this earth. He is fully aware of the horrible treatment and does absolutely nothing to change or rectify it. My father has said he rather get kicked in the face by a donkey as a remedy rather than see this morally corrupt clinic. Please do some research before ypu go there. If palm beach is not a available option the va does provide free transportation to and from the hospital. When you make a appointment you can tell them you need to set up transportation for the appointment and they will get the ball rolling on that. I promise this will be far less of a headache. Also you will be informed if there is a problem unlike this clinic. I seriously think they don't care if a vet dies. I am not procrastinating. Do the research. YOUR LIFE LITERALLY DEPENDS ON IT!

My husband went to the clinic today as the first time. He moved from Broward to St. Lucie. The nurse was so blunt and kept on cutting him off whenever she asked a question. I am a nurse myself, I asked her why she was talking to him that way, she reply we are busy. I felt so disrespected that we had to walk out. I have never seen someone treated a War Hero that way before.

I am very impressed and appreciate all the help I received with this facility. A special shout out to Allison for being so helpful, professional and kind to help me with all my questions. She was able to find out the information I was requesting and I also appreciate the nurses and doctors that gave her that information. Please be kind to these hard working folks! Been trying to get an appointment for last 3 days, left 2 messages, zero call back, been on hold for 30+ minutes 3 times a day... This is unacceptable!3/2022 update, this place is still horrible, rude employees, don't bother showing up early for an appointment, they are behind.3/2023 most disrespectful disgusting establishment in this country. Everyone should be fired immediately, except for blood draw lady. She's cool, while everyone else complains when they have to stand.

The VA needs to stop discriminating against and withholding medical care to our Veterans who cannot wear a mask or will not because they are perfectly healthy. Your policy is based on outdated CDC Covid policies! Also, per the CDC, the community transmission levels in Martin county is LOW yet you have your Covid protection levels at high!!! Stop the stupidity, lower your covid protection levels, stop the mask mandate and provide the care you are supposed to provide to those who risked their lives only to be slapped in the face by you acting like medical tyrants!! Enough is enough! You are the only people I still know of blindly mandating masks for everyone. Our vets deserve better!!!!!!

They offered me a virtual appointment at 2pm for my annual after it was rescheduled twice. I accepted. After clicking the link they texted at 2:24pm. After waiting on the video chat on the browser(like Zoom) until 3pm with no one online, I called back to reschedule. I was told to do phone appointnents only to avoid this problem. Phone appointment wasnt given as an option initially, so save yourself the hassle please and benefit from my mistake. Ask for a phone appt.

It took months to get an appointment, then they postponed him 1 month after waiting for 3 months. He went to his appointment today and they told him someone had called and postponed him again. No one had called us. So he has been postponed AGAIN. No explanations. In the meantime his blood pressure is dangerously high. Do NOT go to this clinic if you have another option. Unprofessional and uncaring to the extreme. Edit to add: And, he has broken screws in his wrist causing excruciating non stop pain. Trying for months to get a referral to ortho. This place is the worst out of years of various VA clinics and hospitals, and that is saying a lot.

I was told by my provider I could get my labs done in stuart clinic instead of driving all the way to WPB. When I had my lab work done, the check in and lab techs were great. The clinic"administrator officer" gave me a lecture about how I am not supposed to get my lab work done in Stuart and that I should have drivien 100 miles round trip to WPB,, I told him what my doctor told me, and he said my doctor was incorrect,, can you imagine lecturing a patient about my doctor??? no wonder the ratings are so poor with people like him running the place,, his name tag flipped over,, could not catch his name,, condescending attitude,, not very nice,, like the principal chastising an elementary kid, that is what I felt like,,,

Just horrible. Calling the clinic is an exercise in frustration. Rude, unhelpful receptionists who repeatedly hang-up the phone after you've waited and waited to get through. IF they answer, you're interrupting their conversations with their coworkers and they let you know it by continuing those conversations throughout your call. Garbage.
