Nice store. The lady at the register is always so sweet and helpful. I wish I didn't have to download a stupid app to use a coupon that I received in my email. Not her fault but I had to hold up the line to download the app to use the coupon. If you email a coupon I should just be able to use it. Ridiculous.

I called asking for some help regarding printing and the woman on the phone was so rude. I understand that they can’t do everything in store, but I don’t think it’s too much to ask if she could just walk me through how to handle it online since I’ve never dealt with it before, and she worked for the company. She lacked all patients and was, so rude. I just really don’t understand why people are in a field that requires them to communicate with other people when they don’t even know how to be nice. I will drive anywhere however far I need to never go to this location.

We went in to have two posters made and Darian was most helpful and kind in assisting us in producing just what we needed. I highly recommend having her take care of you at the printing services counter. We haven’t picked up the finished product yet so I will leave another review once that’s happened.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Staples that I need to share. I placed an order for business cards that were supposed to be ready the same day. This was crucial because I had an important business event coming up, and I relied on Staples to deliver as promised.
Not only were the cards not ready on time, but it’s now been over a week, and I still don’t have them. This delay completely ruined my event, as I had no business cards to hand out. The incompetence at Staples is astounding. Their so-called "same-day service" is a joke.
To make matters worse, the employees were utterly unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my predicament. They provided no useful information or updates and acted like my business didn’t matter to them. I can’t believe how unprofessional and unreliable Staples has become.
I wouldn’t trust Staples with any important print job ever again. Their service is terrible, and their employees are not to be trusted. Avoid Staples if you need anything done right and on time.

I've been coming to this store for almost 2 years for my Amazon returns. Usually I am in and out with no problem and everybody is kind and helpful. Today however things were a little different. The vendor for the item I was trying to return sent me a label that I needed to print instead of the usual email one. I've never done it before and was confused. The girl behind the counter was rude and impatient. Grabbed my phone out of my hand twice because apparently I wasn't moving fast enough for her. Then afterwards, she said, you don't want a receipt right? I said I wanted one and then she made me wait in line again for 10 more minutes instead of just printing it out right there and then. This young woman should be retrained in customer service.

Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to assist a customer to find the right item. I never go anywhere else for my business needs.

Lady at checkout is so helpful and pleasant. I meant to write down her name as she was there a month ago helping with a rewards app! I leave feeling happy and that is not usual at a retailer

The Amazon return center is a mess. The manager is unhelpful. I recommend using other places to do your Amazon returns.

Stood in line for over 18 minutes with no one noticing I was even there. The cashier that was working picked up her belongings walked passed me and left as I was walking up. Asked an employee standing 3 foot from me for help checking out. Instead of helping went to call the cashier that left. Another man from printing came to ring out the customers as it turned to multiple people behind me and explained the company is struck on over time and they only have 5 people for the store. You're so concerned with overtime that you'll leave people waiting. Maybe if the employees weren't the most rude individuals I've ever encountered or cared when they see someone waiting for that long this store would meet it's sales goal and be able to maybe hire more help. You're sinking your own battleship with the service and lack of concern for the customers. I'll drive to another store before ever returning to this one even though I work across the street and my company has an extremely large business account.. I believe the cashier's name was Rose, who could have notified someone that she was leaving the front unattended. Can't blame her to bad though as the store manager should know the schedule and know when to swap out help since overtime is such a concern.

This is the worst places for amazon returns. What a joke!! If they do not want to staff appropriately they should not take on new reaponsibilities. Long line for returns!!!

I thought their printing service would be quick and easy. I called yesterday to check on my order and was answered by a very rude and dismissive customer service representative who wasn’t willing to give me an update just “wait for you confirmation email” and hung up. I called again today as it was due for pick up yesterday and no one has even attempted to print my stuff.
I spent $300 for this service and have been treated like an inconvenience. This is very frustrating and triggering for customers spending their hard earned money.
Never again staples. Horrible service
