This is the 4th haircut that my 2 year old has gotten from Michelle. My son doesn't entertain strangers usually, but he has been very comfy with her since the first one. She's the sweetest, very detailed, and trims him up properly. Today she lipped him to sleep. Lol I held his head up for the 2nd half. Terrific job sweetie!

Went there for a haircut and 15 minutes before closing they still wouldn’t do a haircut. They just want to get out early maybe upsetting.

Don't bother checking in online. Checked in online and when I got there my name wasn't in the list. A stylist came over to help and suggested that I may have checked into the wrong address. I showed her my phone with the check in that said I was next and the correct address. She said sometimes the system doesn't work. She told me I was going to have to wait behind the 3 other people that were there. I went to great clips.

My son is 25 year old autistic nonverbal. I’ve been taken to get a haircut for 25 years. I always hold his head in my two hands , Moving around him as they move around keeping him comfortable. The stylist said to me right away after she put the tape on and I proceeded to hold his head. She says you don’t have to do that. I said I’ve been doing this for 25 years. This is the best way she said I’m not comfortable with that. She took the cape off and told us to leave. I asked what her name was. She refused to give but I’ll hair and styled unkept baggy clothes look very unprofessional. She was very rude and I do not recommend Sports Clips even though we’ve been there many times before this lady was a real problem. Very aggressive. Very rude. I will be calling to speak to the owner and let them know. Just exactly what happened .

I absolutely love this place. The ladies are always friendly, and the check-in ahead of time helps get you in and out. I highly recommend this place to all ages of men.

You can get a good hair cut but this cut the wait check in on line is becoming B.S. I checked in at home , I had a slot in 41 minutes with a certain stylist, I get there 10 mins early and somebody was able to get in front of me and then had to wait another 30 mins ?

I think the past two times I have been, the stylists have been extremely impolite and unprofessional. The one I met today, Heather, kept making very snarky comments about my supposed cowlicks and how unkept my hair was. Never thought I would get insulted for getting a haircut. My advice is to stay away unless you want to put up with abrupt staff.

Skip this location. 2x in a row now I’ve checked in online, arrive before the suggested time on the app, only to have the time doubled once I arrive. What’s the point of having an online check in system if you don’t honor the times you give customers. No sports clips has ever done this before aside from this location. Not sure if it’s bad management or what, but it can’t be the app/computer system if all other locations act according to the app information.
