This is the only place I've ever been where service sucked when dealing with storage. They have bugs, it smells. God forbid you don't turn off the power there. Sorry but I'm paying you. You want someone to shut off the power than pay me. Old man needs to recheck his skills, customers come first, not you bitter j**** If it's a holiday I can't get in because they are closed. I feel that it's wrong, they close at 5:45 during the week, so if you have to work and you get off late, then you will have to go some other day. I just feel that when you pay for a service, then you should have access to your service when you need it, not when it's convenient for them. I will never recommend this place to anyone, not even the devil himself. That's bad.
