I own a martial arts school in New Hampshire. I have gone through several screen printing companies and most had 6 to 8 week lead times. After dealing with Shocksocks Apparel I will not have to worry about that anymore. Not only were the timely with my request the quality was amazing.

This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. You call and no one ever answers. I placed in order in the beginning of August and just received the last piece , since August. NO EMAIL, NO COMMUNICATION WHATS SO EVER LETTING ME KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. I had to find out that because your guys were moving my order was delayed. I get that. That makes sense but come on guys, an email, or call or something keeping me in the loop, THATS ALL I WANTED. I felt robbed. You took my money same day but failed to get my order out in a timely manner with NO COMMNUNICATION> No excuse. Hope no one else has to experience that.

ShockSocks has a special place in my heart. I'm in Stuart visiting my in-laws who postponed Christmas celebrations until we could drive down safely from NYC. We arrived expecting to find a shipment of custom t-shirts from an online seller but our order was delayed until mid-January. The Shock Socks team jumped in and saved us from showing up to Christmas empty handed! They printed our tiny order the next day and were lovely to work with. Thanks to ShockSocks the entire family has matching T-shirts with an inside joke that will make no sense to anyone. Thank you ShockSocks!
