Not her fault but I had to hold up the line to download the app to use the coupon. If you email a coupon I should just be able to use it. Ridiculous.”

“Thanks to Chris, working the counter just minutes before closing, I was able to ship a large box to AZ that had already been prepaid out there. It was so nice to see an employee who really enjoys working and passes on that enthusiasm and effort to customers. There's a UPS facility right near where I live, but they could not help me do what Chris did in just a few minutes. So even though I had to drive completely across town it was well worth it.
