Bought my car in 2023 I am now learning the car was never released to me fully and the okd owner is stuff on the title u guys are scammers !! Now some how the dealership is gone and everyone is going into the new dealership at the same place complaining about MISSING TITLES TO CARS WE PAYED FOR . Do better u will be taken to court

They actually try to make buying a car a good experience. Went to 14 dealerships before getting there. Thought it was gonna be another nightmarish experience, but they were delightful. I liked them sobs.Edit; this was manually edited by someone that was not me. I still like this place and it's people but I wrote something more unhinged.

The wife sharon was at the Dealership in the morning7/13/2021 my wife and I test drove a Lincoln MKT grey on color, the test drive was great. Sharon told us she would have her husband would give us a call when he get back from the Auction and he did, We went back to the Dealership and agreed on a price for the Lincoln MKT, since it was late in the afternoon we would come back in the morning to take the car to our mechanic to take a look at the vehicle before buying it. So when we got home , Bill call us back to tell us that a Dealer had purchased the vehicle. I find it kinda funny why didn't sharon tell my wife and I before we test drove the vehicle. The vehicle Is still on the sales lot and website as of 8/9/2021.

Bill and Sharon are very nice people. I just bought a car from them a few days ago very professional and honest. Took for test drive had a few issues brought it up to bill he took care of everything at no cost to me which made my choice of buying from them great prices and fast also called today left something in my trade in and they are mailing it to me. Recently bought my son's first car from Sharon Motors. The guys here made it incredibly easy for us. No games at all. Fairly priced and they made our experience a pleasant one which was very important to me being that it was my son's first time buying a car. We've had the vehicle for 2 weeks now and it's in excellent condition. Clean as they come.

Drove 30 mins after texting the guy to come look at a truck. Wanted to test drive he told my boyfriend to show him the money first. Probably because he was black. We walked away and showed him the money while we were in the car just to let him know we were serious . If your a car dealer you would want to sell your vehicles. Good luck with that. Ill never recommend this place after how we just got treated! He wouldn't even stop working on his bike to acknowledge us.
