Jessica and her team are extremely professional. They were able to find me homeowners insurance at a much more reasonable price. My experience with S & J Insurance Group was disappointing. Despite Jessica's promise that installing new impact doors would lower my insurance premium, I spent a significant amount of money but didn't notice any decrease in my premium. I felt completely misled. Furthermore, I faced difficulties in receiving satisfactory customer service from Jessica Black, who seemed distracted by personal issues while at work.
