I am happy they exist. They are most uncomplicated, easy and correct. I felt welcome and safe! The environment is good and calm. The room was properly made. They gave me all the things I needed, plus a good recommendation to eat well. They accept pets. I thank you for all ?????? . The man on the counter was a good guy to deal with.

I stayed there, for some weeks. 100 % safe, clean and nice rooms, they haveany different rooms - with kitchen, smoking rooms, and also weekly prices! The owner is a really nice guy and it is family owned business. They do walk-ins any time and it is easy going, no online booking required what is also great.Rooms: Rooms are clean and nice.Many different rooms - single bed, double bed, non-smoking, smoking and pets are also allowed.Nearby activities: The beach is 10min. away, Publix and anlot if other stores are rigth around the corner!Is a great spot, directly next to the federal highway.

The rooms are ridiculously expensive and the manager is a head case. $200 a night for a room the size of a closet and no customer service to speak of. Avoid it like.........

My boss said I flew in from Houston Texas for plant shopping here in Florida and because of our long driving schedule ahead we decided to spend the night here to relax and get a good night's rest before a twenty-hour driving day. Pretty affordable, we just used our data and didn't need wifi. Actually kind of did me a favor or I'd stay up all night! Definitely cheaper than any other place around. If you are looking for a cheap motel and a pretty good location then I'd recommend it!

I booked a reservation at this place when I went to the guy charged my card and he made a mistake then he canceled it and then ran my card three or four times then he got mad because I was asking questions and I’m telling him he took the money out of my account is not there said i canceled it then he was very disrespectful very rude and his name is Michael the manager I will never step foot in that place what recommend anyone to be disrespected like that this guy definitely gets two thumbs downYOURS TRULYOwner operator of TINT KINGZ WINDOW TINT

The Royal Palm Motel was a blessing to find. After a travel site messed us up we were stuck in Stuart area without a place to stay and a tight budget on a Friday night. The staff here were very helpful the room was just what we needed for the week and the cozy and rustic style was really to our taste and the retro vibe was a total bonus for us. Felt more like a cottage or cabin then a motel. Loved it!! Perfect for our little family's needs.Nearby activities: Near beaches, the Eliot museum and lots of nice stores.Food & drinks: It's near plenty of restaurants from fast food to nice seat down places.

Owner is rude keeps trying to come in my room while I'm not here even after I told him to stop and when he dose come in don't evenclean so why keep sneaking in my room I've seen cockroaches all over no wifi room has water damage all over wall window don't even lock on one of the windows only reason I took it was in a pinch. Wouldn't recommend it for anyone there way cheaper and better

roach the size of an old diecast matchbox car out from bathroom where tom thumb would feel crammed up, not to mention toilet does not flush take my HARD EARNED/FOUGHT FOR $200/NIGHT LIKE THEY ARE DOING ME A FAVOUR???? Dirty and disgusting. Way overpriced. I asked for extra towels because there was no shower door and I flooded the bathroom. I couldn't get any because housekeeping wasn't there. Never again. We were desperate because of parking.

I just reviewed the pictures of the rooms and the outside of this property to see if i what it looks like. So sad because dear family friends used to own this little Motel from 1960's to 1990's when it was the Ranch Grande Motel. They were Pete & Eleanor Cecilio ( both now deceased). My Uncle was married to their daughter. This was a great Motel and the rooms, bedding and baths were sparkling clean. I hope the present owners will read this and clean the place up. It's truly a piece of Old Florida and a golden gem waiting to be brought back to it's original 5-Star shape. I was planning to be in Stuart to see family in August and thought I would stay here for "Old times' sake and the memories", but not with the pictures I see posted. I truly want to come down to the hotel and put new bedspreads, bath linens, shower curtains and old Florida paintings on the walls. TO THE PRESENT OWNERS: It wouldn't take much to fix this place up as old Florida Coastal style and some new furnishings. YOU WOULD GET A LITTLE MORE $$$ IF YOU DO< REALLY ! Just a little effort and paying someone to keep your rooms clean, updated and nice would really pay off. My heart is broken to see the shape it's in. Hope you will not take this as a mean post, it's truly from my heart. I stayed in this motel over 50 times when owned by the Cecilios' over 30 years, a lot of summers! I've stayed here numerous times over the past 15 years, almost always longer-term on the order of 30 days while on work assignments. I'm always taken care of, the beds are comfortable, and the price is always competitive. I made the effort to meet and know the staff, and that has helped; they in turn are friendly as well. I enthusiastically recommend it.
