Very helpful customer service. They were able to look up the VIN number of a Porsche that ran through their shop and tell me everything that was done to it, the date of the work, and the mileage of your vehicle at the time.

Customer service was great. First product was faulty and was sent back for replacement. UPS lost the item whilst being returned. Instead of waiting until UPS claims process ended(who knows how long that would've been), they sent me a replacement device. My C63S sounds alot better than before.

Just installed the HHT ECU upgrade this morning on my 2012 E550 M278 Coupe, I've owned it since new and decided that, as nice as it already is, a little more spice was overdue. Wow! In casual driving, there's little difference other than throttle tip-in and general feel seem to be even smoother than stock, surprisingly. But now, stab the accelerator and hang on! Pulls like the world's quickest freight train. As the old ad phrase goes: "Try it. You'll like it." Or in my case, love it. I am now a complete believer in Renntech's claimed numbers (for my car, 540HP and 705 lbs-ft). Actual installation took about one minute. Worth every penny. Also, a special shout out to Patrick, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable via the chat function. Amazingly quick response time and resolution (I had some difficulty trying to purchase online from Canada). Bottom line - highly recommended.

I purchased the handheld suspension module 2nd generation with blue tooth support for my GLE53 AMG. Jon and his team were Great! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. There was a minor adjustment needed and they were right on top of it. Calls were answered immediately or the call back was asap regarding issue. Everyone I spoke to was always in the loop. When I got the module back everything worked great and my vehicle looks awesome!! If you want great service and products for your Benz RENNTECH is the place for you.
