Sandi is a professional agent. She sold my home in Port Saint Lucie and got me the best price, over asking price. She also found me the house of my dreams which I only described to her for the best price I never thought I could get in my desired area in Jensen Beach and many were trying to buy it. I have purchased many homes in my life and Sandi is the best realtor I've ever met. She's the hardest worker and puts you first always. I would never use another!!!

Sandi, sold our condo in Stuart. She is very knowledgeable of how to bring buyers in. She is a go getter and does what is needed to get a sale. She stayed in contact throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. When the sale was complete she stayed in touch to follow up because she cares. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Buying a home is exciting but also stressful and demanding. Sandra Carson relieved that stress with her caring enthusiasm and knowledge. She always returns phone calls, gives you honest advice, pays attention to details, and you feel very well taken care of. She has very good sense of your needs.
A few days before closing, the other party started delaying, and Sandi went above and beyond to make sure that we close on time. Very solid and professional agent. Thank you Sandi!

She is very dedicated agent, did beautiful professional photos of my home, very good negotiator (which is golden); she got me the best buyer and, despite contingent transaction, closing went very smoothly and on time. The selling of my house and purchasing a new one was very emotional for me due to the sudden and unexpected loss of my husband but Sandi made it less stressfull then I anticipated and was there to hold my hand (literally) through the whole thing. We had issues with the buyer but she handled it with such knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Sandi Carson for all your realestate issues.

She has walked me through the hectic process of trying to understand all the things required in simply trying to sell my house, and downsize into my condo. She understood my situation, and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed, within my limited budget. She never made me feel ashamed of my situation, and always made me feel proud of what I was doing, my preferences, my goals, and truly supported me in achieving them. I found exactly what I needed after a difficult divorce within my budget, AND, she found a unique situation that accepted my contingency situation, and late closing..very difficult, but she made it happen with God's help!
