Very rude staff. Some don’t talk at all (girl with the red hair) and some, like Jacqueline yesterday, yell at customers to use the self checkout and if you don’t, she huffs and puffs like you’re a burden to her. She barely speaks because you’ve now ruined her day because you made her ring you up. Time to look for better personalities in your customer facing staff.

Came in the other day around 7:50 pm , was greeted by two beautiful lady shift managers - incredibly kind and professional. They gave me a clear, upbeat welcome when walking in . The store was clean, well-stocked, and overall a great experience. Appreciate the service!

2nd shift Manager Erica with red hair was rude and told me to step aside while my friend grabbed a water bottle real quick to scan but made me step aside still. Ended up waiting longer behind another customer and she had no attitude towards him…… I hope Monty sees this or general manager. I hope Melissa, the old 2nd shift Manager, still works there. She was Awesome!
