I was hesitant to use this place because of the reviews. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the facility, professionalism of the staff, and the quickness and efficiency of my visit.

My doctor put my script for bloodwork on My Chart. I had an appointment, but when I arrived I was told they were unable to process info and I would need to print paperwork & return. With holidays, we are all so busy and I wasn’t happy at the thought of having to come back and wait. Sally was phenomenal!! She told me to take my time, go wherever I needed to go to print the needed paperwork. Asheville me her name and told me to just let them know when I returned, that she was waiting for me!! In and out in 10min!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‼️❣️

This is the most cold and impersonal medical facility I have ever seen. You won't see any humans before they call you to go in. And you won't be able to get anyone on the phone. I guess humans are too expensive.

I had a yes or no question - "Were they able to draw blood through a port?" What a waste of time. They should just disconnect their phone system. And their competitor is no better. May they all rot!

My appointment was on November 20th 2023 at 11 AM. I arrived at I0:45 decided to go at 11:30 because I have a life to get back too,32 people in the waiting room. How do you get 32 people behind? When all you're doing is drawing blood and taking samples impossible. There's no way to talk to the staff. They're all behind the wall. You don't talk to anybody when you get there. It's all electronic check in very very impersonal. The one staff member that I did see come out and try to help people was about a sharp as a bowling ball. I don't think you could find the ground but this feet. This place is probably collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars a week and insurance money. And treated patients like shit. I'm gonna have my doctor see if there's another place. I can go to here in Stuart Florida I do not wish to go back there again.

communication is a big fat zero. i'll bet their management has never experienced it because all you want to do is stick as stick in your eye on the phone or on-line. and then we're supposed to trust they can do their job ............ stupid to do that, for sure.

Kadijah was great. Drew my blood easily and quicker than most nurses I’ve had in hospital settings. She was great

I would give zero starts but that isn't an option. My son is 14 and has autism. He doesn't want to get his blood drawn. He resisted giving his arm and there was no help from staff. I struggled with him but he is strong. An extra phlebotomist came into the room to watch what was happening. She laughed at me struggling with him, but no offer of help. Later, 2 phlebotomists returned to also watch me struggle but offer no help or solutions. Then the second phlebotomist said we only had a few more minutes before they would cancel our appointment. After a few minutes she told us we had to leave. I asked to talk to a supervisor and I was told they didn't have one. I told them that was not true, there had to be someone in charge. Miraculously, a few minutes later someone appeared. She wasnt a supervisor, and she said the supervisor didnt show up today. She also didn't have any help or answers. I asked her what the disability policy was and she said she didn't know.I don't know what's actually happening with this place.

If I could give this place a zero I would absolutely atrocious to run a business like this! They sent me the wrong address that took me to the other side of town, and made me late for my appointment, and when I tried to call, there’s no way to talk to a human! So I had to drive back to the other side of town after looking at the place up in 1500 different ways I found the location only to get there still not be able to talk to human. There’s nothing but screens inside just for the screen to tell me that I’m more than 10 minutes late and I have to schedule another time. To top it all off I’m traveling from out of town, so this is just wonderful the whole day wasted. And still can’t get on the phone with a human..

You can not get an actual person when you call... you only get a recording and told to go to their patient portal online. The fact that they have made it so difficult to actually talk to a person is horrible. And heaven forbid if you have a question while you are in their office... there is no one to answer your questions...because they only talk to you when they call your name.

Came in to pick up a specimen capsule on a Saturday. Did the electronic check in with no appointment. Within 5 minutes, I was seen. Came back to drop off the test sample. Again. 5 minutes. The facility waiting area is comfortable. When the techs come out to bring someone back, they were generally good at answering questions to help with the check in process. Not sure why folks are leaving bad reviews...personally I think it's how you treat them as well. They are seeing so many folks and have to keep track of critical samples. Some dude asked for the TV to be turned on with 10 minutes left to closing time. Seriously?!
