Excellent customer service!!!We stayed here before and we came back and the front desk greeted us with a smile. Everything was good. Breakfast was simple with hard-boiled eggs. We enjoyed the swimming pool. We will be back.

Just checked out from a stay here with my family. The whole experience was great. Smooth check in, great room, and a friendly staff. The whole place was really clean, including the pool where we spent a lot of our time. The location is perfect, too!!! It's just a very short walk to downtown Stuart.

Humidity level extremely high. But rooms were great . Not sure why the sliding doors are locked to porch would help

The mattress needed to be replaced. Was flat, and not comfortable this stay. There was not any hot water, it was lukewarm in the shower. Other stays at this hotel have been great. This room was near a smoking area and was very noisy at night.

When we first walked in we noticed a used towel hanging in the tub. My room had roaches. I woke up in the morning and saw them crawling on the wall. I immediately got dressed and checked out. I asked the manager for a free night in a cleaner room to accommodate the disgusting room we were put in and she said she will not accommodate us. What makes it worse is they are connected to a restaurant called Flannigan's. So I can only assume the restaurant has roaches as well. Just Poor service and filth. Never again. I thought for the area to be so beautiful that the hotel and their staff would care for the hotel and their guests but they truly don't. Especially a Choice Rewards Member. Next time. I will stay at the Comfort Inn that is very clean and has always provided me with great service.

On a stay with my family a few days ago one of the housekeepers stepped on my iPad while we were out. The screen is now shattered & it's quite obvious that it was stepped on. The manager didn't even pretend to try and make amends, just shrugged it off. It was really unprofessional in my opinion. What a shame because everything else was just fine.

Stopped by to speak to someone about booking a block of rooms we were having in the area. When we walked in, the lady at the front desk sighed heavily like she was not happy to be bothered. I then walked up and asked about the rooms, she said, I can't help you with, I don't know anything about it. Call the general manager. I was like okay. Do you have any event space? The A/c is broke in there. Okay but can I have information? Like I said the a/c is broke.Very unprofessional and my apologizes for asking about your job and place of employment. Very disappointed since we really liked the location.

The manager is respectable and helpful ,Front desk (Simone) is beautiful and welcomes you with open arms, and as long as you treat her like the lady she is. You will have a pleasant stay.Housekeeping (White Woman Gravely Voice) is very rude and does not respect guests or Elders. The other housekeeping (India lady) is very nice, respectable, and knows how to talk to others with no attitude.** DO NOT BE IN PARKING LOT AFTER 11PM OR DIRTY COPS WILL COME HARASS YOU AND VIOLATE YOUR RIGHTS.**So enjoy your stay and don't turn on the heater you will loosen debris from coils.

Super nice place. Rooms are great and clean. Staff is phenomenal! I have stayed here a lot and they remember me every time. Very rare. Treat people like a VIP. I highly recommend this hotel. Doesn't get any better and I haven't seen any better!Tanya is excellent and Simone is as well! Never seen such amazing people! They deserve raises for their professionalism and hospitality. One of my favorite places!! I travel all over the South east and west and have never had a better experience.Rooms: Very clean and nice! Updated.

This hotel use to be so nice and friendly until recently I was told by the front desk it’s new owners. Just one example I was walking out the front lobby the other day and I just heard screaming and yelling it turns out it was the owner yelling at his employee in front of guests and she was crying because he was screaming at her very unprofessional. What made this hotel so nice was the very kind staff they were willing to help in anyway possible but I can’t stand when people treat their employees like trash so I will not be returning

I was there in January with my partner we had so much fun at the pool with all of the guests. Stuart is a great little getaway. The staff went out of there way to be able to make sure everyone was happy. Definitely going to try to stay there

For a franchise location, this place is absolutely disgusting. The air conditioner didn't work very well and the stench was unbearable. No hot water. The floor was sticky. The hallway the floor is sticky. The places under kept.Rooms: They're just very nasty. The AC doesn't work very well. The hot water is not present and the musty dirty smell is really strong. If I could describe it, I would say it smells like a old vacuum bag that's been sitting for a long time and a moist environment.

Stayed here sept 19 for 2 nights in room 105. Came home with bed bug bites. Called hotel and they told me that had no otheR complaints. BEWARE ! Expedia called th and the denied any complaints had been made.Noteworthy details: BED BUGS

Rooms are hot even changed rooms because I was hoping it was just that rooms A/C,nope. Other room was hot too. Also I asked for 2 queen size beds ,got full size I brought it up and was told I was wrong.
