Place is ridiculous… show a decent price to get you in there and raise the rent at 3 months, then when you apply for the advertised 100$ Amazon gift card they tell you you have to be there more then 3 months

The Worst … They said when I picked up the code and I gave them the start time !!!! They went ahead and charged me from phone call … Due to Holiday office was closed . I was there when they reopened at 10:00 Am . Due to Medical reasons. I can’t move … And they are still charging me !!!!!
Shame on them !!!!

Lured in with a discounted rate on 2 units. Exactly TWO months later, BOTH units' costs went up 80%!!!!! That's outrageous. They've got ya....who is gonna move everything out to a new place? I say...look elsewhere, ask upfront about increases, compare prices.

I have been at this storage unit in Stuart for over 17 years. They take money out of my account monthly. For the last 5 months, there has been no working AC in the area where my unit is. I am paying for an airconditioned space! I have called and called and called at least ten times. They tell me a supervisor will call me but one ever does. It is a terrible place that does not care about you once you move in and they can keep taking your money. I have things in my unit that cannot be in hot over 100 degree temps which is what it is now. Expensive items are getting ruined. I cannot even go in to check on my things because it is unbearably hot. If they treat good paying customers like this, I can only imagine what they will do to a newcomer. Look elsewhere for storage. This place is terrible and has no customer service. Also, when I do get a human in that facility, it is a new person so that says something for their reputation and quality as they cannot hold on to people working there. I waited months to write this review and after 5.. I've had it!

One rolling cart for a very large building, have to hunt, been there three months and now raised rent $24 dollars higher, within 3 months, moving out.

It was easy to go on line and rent the size we wanted. Prices good and location convenient. Rental agent when we went to use our space, was kind and helpful.

They accidentally left my ID in The copier and they kind they called me right after I left the DMV the cost of the new driver's license was $50 and they promised to give me a $50 credit
