Patrick Webster was so hopeful, we went in to add me to my mothers account just so if anything happens to her I have access. We were told we would have to make an appointment they were booked for the day he had a little time between appointments and offer to squeeze us in if we didn’t mind waiting about 20 mins. We said that would be wonderful if he had the time. He’s helped put me on the account and advise us on information we needed. If we ever have any needs again we will definitely be asking for his help.

If you are thinking of opening an account at this bank don't bother! Only two tellers working Friday at lunch time and the drive-through and lobby lines are 8 to 10 people deep - and this happens all the time. It consistently takes 10 to 15 minutes just to make a deposit! Apparently they can take your money, but they cannot seem to properly staff the bank. I have already moved all of my accounts to another bank - except for one that I have to keep because I have my mortgage here. Beware before using this bank!

This branch has become completely dysfunctional since the old manager retired. They are so slow and don’t care about customer service. It would be faster for me to drive to the palm city branch than wait for 20?minutes in the drive thru on a regular basis. It’s is indicative of management because theirs was never an issue the past 10 years or so. Shame on PNC a for not taking care of their customers.

I chose PNC bank because my Fantastic CU (FCB)was bought out by bank that charges Exorbitant fees. So i have had this PNC account one year & a half , and after doing a self audit I find that PNC has gradually slipped in $485. in fees.!!! e.g.Somewhere they started charging $14 a month without notification. They auto charge unexpected fees for so many items. I am not a high income earning employee so these fees matter to me. I have found a great Credit Union (Campus USA) that says they would never have charged me these fees. So I am closing my PNC bank due to the exorbitant fees!!!!!

Worst customer service ever.... I made an appointment to open a bank account for my daughter. Arrived on time and the door was locked. Knocked on the door several times and employees just looked at me and ignored. Tried to call 5 times with no answer, after 8 minutes the call would drop out. I understand the covid issues, but no instructions posted on the door or given when I made the appointment. I will be closing all my accounts with them and find banking elswhere.
